Wendy's — Restaurant in Tallahassee

The new Wendy's on Thomasville Rd is finally reopened. The building itself is well done, with the interior being well done and a nice refresh, updated, modern, and clean.

The biggest annoyance is probably the weird entrance in the front being inconvenient to walk In and just seems illogical for traffic flow. I'm presuming its for safety reasons, maybe so they can see who's coming in the door further away, but that is a stretch. There is a door you have to open to go the left, but you can just walk right in on the right. I presume this is intentional to try to force the traffic to flow to the right, but then when you got your hands full of stuff and leaving from that side, now you have to open a door which I presume is to discourage you and to force you to leave out the side direct to the parking lot. Overall, the whole front door situation in general is just weird.🤔

One pet peeve that just simply has no reason for being a problem is their bathroom paper towel dispenser never works and the mirror is always smeared with whatever they have wiped it with leaving a film over everything. Just use GLASS cleaner. Not whatever your using, it makes it gross looking even though it's obviously because it's been wiped clean. I don't know if they're just not keeping up and rushing or if there's just a lack of concern for maintaining the BR properly with the right cleaners for the job.👎

Edit: Their exterior and parking lot lighting issue of never being on after dark has been resolved and it's now properly well lit for safety. 👍👍

So in summary, building and food itself are fine. That's great, but mgmt should make sure the employees are following proper maintenance on the bathrooms because that's a stupid and unnecessary problem to be having.

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s I have ever experienced. They have NEVER gotten my order correct. The most recent visit caused me to call and speak with the manager. Not only did I receive the wrong drink and dipping sauce, but the toppings on my burger were the exact opposite of what was requested and the burger was a basic cheeseburger rather than the double stack that was ordered. The manager took my name and said I could go back a different day and they would replace my order. Went back today, had to go inside to get the free meal. Different manager apologized. Cashier repeated order back to me. I got to work (stupid me for actually thinking the order world be correct and failing to check it before I left), and burger was 100% wrong again. Clearly it isn’t worth the trouble of calling to let the manager know how incompetent the employees are. Don’t waste time or money on this place, unless you like being surprised by what you will find...

Went to this Wendy's last night around 9. Went through the drive in. Ordered a double stack and strawberry lemonade. When I got home and opened the wrapper, I knew I should NOT have eaten it based on the way it looked. Meat was dark, barely had ketchup on it and the bun was stuck to the cheese. Clearly it was NOT fresh at all. I ate it anyway because it was late and I was ready to eat. Eating that sandwich was the worst mistake I made. At about 1:20 AM, my stomach started aching. Was on the toilet most of the night. Also, strawberry lemonade was in the WRONG cup. This Wendy's drive in never offers a receipt and when I ask for one I get, "it looks like the machine is not printing". Is the machine ever printing. This Wendy's is close to my house and convenient but I ALWAYS have issues when I go there. PLEASE DO BETTER! FYI: I'll be sure to make Dino...
