Burger King — Restaurant in Tampa

On 5/8/2021 I came to this location and ordered 3 large fries and a bacon burger in the drive through..I stood in the drive through for 18 minutes.I drove around parked and came inside..I said to the cashier that I was in the line but it took so long so I can inside..The assistant manager or manager whatever she is Johanna acknowledge I came inside...She then proceeded to not care one bit..I stood inside and patiently waited for another 20 minutes while she just continued to carry on like I didn’t exist..After being ignored and seeing that I was not going to get served I said,I’m still waiting to be served the food I ordered in the drive through..This is very unprofessional the way that Johanna who knew I came inside handled the situation,because she showed she could care less..There we no fires dropped,no chicken fries dropped,The burger I ordered over 30 mins now was not even made.So she went around dropped the fries dumped them and proceeded to hold the salt dispenser over the fires which made them very salty..I will NEVER EVER eat at this Burger King ever again..The fact that this took place is unacceptable and I deserve better as a paying customer..This situation should have never happened or dealt with in a better manner.Horrible...

This is the fourth time I’ve had an issue with this location. And honestly, I don’t understand why I keep coming here. The last two times I’ve been at this location. My order has been entirely screwed up. I ordered a double whopper with cheese no pickle onion or tomato somehow she rang me up for a double quarter pounder I’m not at McDonald’s. I’m at Burger King that made no sense. All I got was two patties, and ketchup and mustard not what I ordered. I also ordered two of the honey mustard chicken wraps, no tomato. The girl behind the counter does not put in what you request off of your food so of course my wraps had tomato on them my most recent visit I ordered four chicken wraps no tomato. I had to once again remind her after she rang me out no tomato , because she once again did not put it on my receipt not that it would matter the person in the kitchen does not speak any English to be able to read the screen to know what I don’t want on my order. Let alone most of them seem to have very limited English speaking knowledge because it is a nightmare, ordering there almost every...

Went to drive though and waited for 15mins with no response. Lady did not have her headset turned on. Told her why was she not paying attention and ignoring customers. She said she did not hear me. I have a manual vehicle. Tell me how you can not hear something that has a racing straight pipe for drag racing that can be heard for 3 city blocks away. I redlinen my engine in first gear with no response. I know she coukd hear it from the window because she took another customers and closed the window after. There was a drive through camera, audible noise and i even turned the engine and said hello at the window. Lady was rude made unbelievable excuses for her lack of customer service and ultimately it costed BK my money because after her attitude at the window i went and spent 13 on pizza instead. I will not use this burger king again which us a shame because I prefer Burger King / McDonald's. There is a mc Donald's 1 block from my house. So i guess I'll eat there or go to the BK on north Dale mabry. Thanks for the horrible service and lack of accountability. The US military...
