I recently had a terrible experience at Chipotle that I feel compelled to share. The employee on duty today at 5:05 PM displayed the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Despite there only being three people in the restaurant, she was in such a hurry that she completely disregarded my attempt to finish my order.
Not only was she disrespectful, but she also jumped to serve another customer before I could explain my dietary restrictions, which ultimately led to her serving them pork—something I cannot eat. When I tried to voice my concerns, she rudely interrupted me, saying, "Nobody wants to know your explanation."
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and could seriously drive customers away. I believe this employee should be held accountable for her actions, as they reflect poorly on the establishment, if she have a bad mood she cannot bring it to work because people are paying money to eat not to get bad experiences, she never made me order correctly she was extremely rude.
The worst part is that when she served the customer BEHIND ME!! she picked up the pork splashed all the tomatoes, sour cream, cheese, with pork, she could have waited until my order was done and she could’ve served the customer BEHIND ME on the protein side not the veggies side.
I really hope this message explains to the upper management what is going on, when they’re not in shift because she wouldn’t have done that if a manager was there or maybe she is the manager I don’t know she is ( 5’7 young black lady, curly haired).
And the sad part is I go to this chipotle location 4 times a week I swear and this is the first time something like this happened.
Or she is just racist because I was talking to my mom on the phone ( I was speaking Arabic) and she did the pork move on purpose I don’t Know, But what I know is that management or ownership should look deep to this!!!
I sincerely hope management addresses this issue to prevent future occurrences.

I've been a regular customer at this Chipotle location for the past 8 weeks, ordering online almost every day. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning the professionalism of the staff and management.
Upon arriving to pick up my order, I was met with laughter from several employees when I asked for my order. Instead of addressing the issue promptly, three of them ran to the back of the restaurant, leaving me waiting for several minutes. Overhearing them admitting they had given my order to someone else only added to the frustration.
When I finally asked for the manager, the response was lackluster. Despite my order being misplaced and the inconvenience caused, the manager refused to offer a refund, claiming it wasn't possible. Even when asked to remake my order, it was clear he was reluctant to do so.
Deciding to give it another shot, I returned a few minutes later, only to be met with further disregard for customer service. Not only was I told they were out of chicken for my bowl, but the manager blatantly ignored my requests for assistance, even when I suggested remaking the chicken.
The final straw came when, in front of other customers and staff, the manager told me to "take it up with corporate" when I asked about my options for resolving the situation.
As someone with a background in hospitality, I'm appalled by the lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills displayed by the staff and management of this Chipotle location. Such behavior is simply unacceptable, and I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for improvement.
