LightHaus Beer Garden — Restaurant in Tampa

Terribly rude staff. Particularly the bartender Emily. Did a delivery for her, in which she wouldn't answer or respond to any texts. Made me wait almost 10 minutes and ignored me as I called a half dozen times. I then left her order at the bar and completed delivery. 5 minutes later she called, berating me, claiming the order never made it and HUNG UP on me. Wouldn't answer when I called back. So, I rode my bike all the way back to lighthaus to communicate and verify she got the delivery. She wasn't even there, but another staff person had retrieved the order and was very curt and rude towards me. Emily called my company insinuating I stole the order, but it was right there. She then 'thumbs downed' me and removed my tip. I ended up spending over 45 minutes on her delivery, to recieve a total of $1.50 compensation. Ruined my entire morning and put me behind on all my...

This is a nice spot to grab a beer in Channelside. This used to be the Fermented Reality bar but switched over. Not much seems to have changed; they still offer a wide selection of different beers, both local and imported. It’s a large covered bar and we’ve had good service the times we’ve been here and the servers have been friendly. They have fans and misters as well so it keeps the area cool. They also serve pizza here through 813 Pizza, though we haven’t tried it so I can’t speak to that. As a heads up, the menu is only available on the television above the bar or via QR code on your phone.

Good evening just wanted to take the time to give you some feedback. Very but Very disappointed we are on a get away vacation from ORLANDO FL. so we saw your place and we said wow it looks so nice let's give it shot, big mistake the bartender were not attentive and after I had to wait over 35 min for my pizza came out burned to a crisp now we have to wait an additional 25 Min to see if we might get something that might be good for us to eat. I understand that you are closing early 9pm but the lack of attention and customer service was a turn off to your brand so...
