A large selection for the picky person, and the smoothies are good. However, be warned, Sundays ARE NOT buy one get one. Yes, you pay substantially less, but you're paying the tax for the second smoothie and that so called free smoothie only counts towards the medium size. Therefore, if buy a large smoothie on Sunday and want a second smoothie, you get the second smoothie at the medium size and pay the tax for that medium size. Now if you buy a large on Sunday and want your second drink to be a large, then they slap on an upsize charge... Now for the service, I feel that it has degraded over time. Prices seem overpriced compared to other smoothie shops, and most of the time they never fill the drink to the top. I mean I've witnessed this so many times and the employees still hand off the drink to the customer... I've visited on "Bogo" Sundays and asked the cashier for my second drink to be a large, but once I get to the hand off, they hand me a medium drink and told me they didn't charge me for the upsize. Being that the line was already out the door, the guy literally stopped making smoothies just so he can walk to the cashier and charge me for the upsize. Best of all, the guy was either one of the owners or a manager. I mean, I'm sure people will continue to visit, but man, customer service is just...

Best Juice Bar in Tampa. If you are doing a juice fast, their juices are the best HANDS DOWN! You can order on the spot (Dirty Hippie is my fav) in 3 different sizes and watch them juice your fruits and veggies in front of you or you can purchase bottled juices from their cooler that they make in-house. These guys are the real deal. When I'm fasting and traveling to Tampa, this is the ONLY place I will go to get my juices! Service is impeccable, always well staffed and ALWAYS busy when I go there...like a line of people out the door! But no worries, they are FAST at getting you in and out. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is they do not juice their pineapple on-site. They have it juiced somewhere else and it is stored in metal containers. I ordered one because we always do at least one fruit juice a day and pineapple is our favorite. I was disappointed because the juice tasted like I just opened a can of Dole Pineapple and drank the juice from it. It had a very metallic taste, but we are spoiled cuz we juice our own and it's super fresh and delicious. This tasted nothing like a freshly pressed pineapple. I reviewed 1 star because of horrible customer service. The Smoothies themselves are phenomenal, however, the lack of customer service is down right frustrating!!! This must be because management hires people who lack empathy or they just do not check in on their staff. Who knows? The Management on duty sure does not care either or so it seems. Anyway, the mobile application needs to be updated. My friend and I have told staff members on multiple occasions. We were even told by staff that someone from management would contact us back via Email but that of course did not get properly relayed to someone either. Next, If a new product becomes available or returns because of seasonal marketing, please let people know the active ingredients. We are not mind readers and should not be treated as such. Whenever your customer calls in for clarification while placing an order (because the app. messes up or it doesn't allow you to make a desired selection) it would be appreciated if the employee(s) would genuinely be interested in our questions and concerns.
