Crumbl — Restaurant in Tega Cay

This cookie chain recently opened in the Charlotte area. This location came first and now there's a second location in the Ballantyne area.

Covid-19: you can order and pay online or through their app. They do curbside pickup and delivery.

They rotate their flavors weekly which isn't good because then I'm always tempted to come and try a new flavor (I forget how many they have, but it's a ton).

This time we couldn't miss the circus animal and the churro cookies. I was expecting to like the circus animal more, but I was wrong!

The churro blew me away. It was soft, warm, and tasted exactly like a churro. It wasn't just the cinnamon sugar, the gooey center of the churro flavor came through too.

I did really like the circus animal, but true to the treat it's based off of, it was very dry and crumbly. I definitely needed milk. I think I would have liked it more if the whole thing was coated in white chocolate instead of just a tiny bit on top.

You have until midnight tonight to get these flavors or else you'll have to wait until they come back again!

We've previously tried the chilled sugar (which they always have) which we love. It has a delicious almond frosting and we love that it's cold.

I really like crumbl, I do reviews every week and each week thus location is going down hill. I can't figure out why. The store has Bern dirty, the screens are filthy and I noticed the people talk over the cookies Allot. That is so disgusting. They have also made the cookies wrong , ran out of ingredients or just gave me the complete wrong cookie. The peanut butter blossom had no chocolate on it, My celebration cookie and cake last week had no Sprinkles. They were out of Twix, Snickers and the celebration cookie in large but when I called they had all in stock. Today my Oreo milkshake cookie was black and had hair under the bottom. I am completely disgusted. I now have to drive back to get new cookies because the kids really wanted the brownie Sundae this week. We have to trave to Indianland because this can't happen again. Whoever is managing this location needs to step it up.

Review #2 Dec. 7, 2024. My Toffee Butter Cake Flat and RAW!! I wondered why it was so flat and saturated looking. Cut into it and it was raw and disgusting. Why do I keep trying this store or these cookies! My sugar cookie and honey bun cookie are also raw in the center. I'm calling for a refund and this is my final trip...

Terrible customer service. I visited Crumbl Cookies with my children for my sons 13th birthday. The employee working the counter refused to sell me a 6pk of cookies because they were out of the proper box size. I simply wanted to purchase 6 cookies at the 6pack price and didn’t mind whatever box they had to put them in. They literally refused. Said I could purchase a 4pk and 2 cookies at the individual price. The fact that I would have to pay several dollars extra for the same amount of cookies due to the company’s mismanagement and lack of supplies is outrageous. The amount of money doesn’t even matter to me, but the refusal to be flexible, because of a mistake on your part, not mine, and the lack of customer service or care is unforgivable. Not only will I never give another dollar to this business, I will see to it that none of my family, friends, neighbors, or even acquaintances visits this...
