Connor Deese - 3 Cheers! My family and I recently had the pleasure of being served by Connor Deese at a local restaurant and we could not have been more pleased with the service he provided. Connor was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He was very patient with us as we took our time deciding what to order and he was always there to answer any questions we had. He made sure our drinks were always full and that our food was cooked to perfection. He even went out of his way to make sure our visit was extra special by giving us a few extra treats.
We all left the restaurant feeling very satisfied and happy with the service that Connor provided us. He truly made our dining experience enjoyable and memorable. Three cheers to Connor for being an amazing server!

Read more2 stars out of sympathy for them still being new but they need to get their act together if they want to stay in business. I was extremely excited for a brewery to open in my neighborhood but not sure how many times I’ll be swinging by. For starters, customer service is very subpar. I went during grand opening weekend within 10 minutes of opening and wasn’t greeted and just stood at the bar aimlessly while the people working there were conversing and just standing around. By the time I ordered I was disappointed with the fact that they did not do flights or half pours and the fact that they had only 3 of their beers on tap, everything else was guest taps. Since they only had 3 beers, I decided to try them all. Nothing too excited and mind blowing, tasted like average beer at best however out of the ESB, Brown and IPA, the brown had the best flavor but it was barely carbonated and tasted flat.
Another pet peeve of mine is the glasses were not entirely clean. I’m sure they were disenfected and ran through a machine but 2 of the 3 glasses had some sort of mouth print already embedded into the glass lip but I said a prayer and drank the beer anyway. Also my beer came without being filled to the rim. I understand there’s a head with beer but my beer came almost headless and a solid inch or so missing (2-3 ounces roughly)
Our waitress was special, she seemed very confused the entire time and couldn’t get our beer orders right. It was only 2 of us but she still seemed to be very confused half the time. She was middle aged and slow and seemed like it was her first service job, hopefully things get better for her.
Now for the food, definitely over priced for what you get. My taco bowl was $10 and it was just a cup of rice with beans, salsa and a bit of meat. My friend ordered the tacos and they were devoured within 2 bites each. Also the food is mostly Mexican based so if tacos and burrito bowls arnt your thing, then you’re out of luck.
Overall this place is definitely a work in progress. Once they brew more beer, produce better quality beer, improve on cleanliness and staff, they will eventually become a success.
If my next visit is any better, I will...
Read moreThis new place is something Tega Cay needed. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area but TC needed something outside of the norm of the corporate chain feel. This crew is friendly and provides a plethora of tastes that is put together with a science lab type mentality. Being a new business, I wanted to try to find out a little about the people behind the scenes. After enjoying some tacos and a couple of different brews during lunch, I was able to speak with some of the brass behind this outfit. Great folks and very informative as well as upbeat. Opening a new business venture in 2020 had to be very stressful but they made it through and are off and running. The impressive thing about them is they didn't come off as it was a waste of their time talking with patrons. MAB will have an impact on the TC community and will offer a plethora of different tastes outside of your usual domestic and import draft menu, as well as lighter food to enjoy with your fresh brew. I had reservations about the "new brewery" in town but I'm glad I gave it a shot. Great job, MAB! Good luck to you with each new customer...
