This place has not one but multiple issues. We put our child in this daycare when he was 11 months and he has always been sick ever since. They don’t follow the class schedule they show you when you put your child in their care first.
•The information you share with one teacher in the room regarding your child’s care never gets communicated to other teachers and often gets forgotten unless reminded multiple times. •Teachers in the Toddlers classroom seem to be very untrained at least in my child’s class. They fail to engage the kids or teach them anything. Seems like they are there to make money not because they truly have a passion for child care. •Never wipe kids’ mouth after a meal. Babies in my child’s class always have running noses which never get wiped •They have no policy to not allow sick kids in the classroom •My kid had a fever, and nobody noticed and notified us •Severe lack of care and attention towards babies’ cleanliness •Seems like they are just running a factory full of children where nobody cares if one kid doesn’t show up or shows up sick •Have a weird photo approval policy: For some reason they have a policy that photos need to be approved by the management before it gets sent to the parents which seems like a good excuse for never sending babies pictures to their parents. Teachers take so many pictures which rarely make it to their parents because the management takes forever to approve them. The pictures are already a month old by the time it gets approved by the management. •This place is very unclean and unmanaged. The staff is always nice to you they will listen to everything you have to say but always fail to act on it. They will say things like we will train the teachers about hygiene and this and that but in reality, it...
Read moreI just want to start by giving, Ms. Pam and Ms.Ginger “The toddler B teachers” A big Thank you for their caring attention toward our daughter. And although the teachers mentioned above were awesome, Still our experience at this facility was a very unpleasant one to say the least. Our daughter was left with a soiled diaper to the point that we had to peel it off her bottom as she screamed in agony. I immediately called and spoke with the director. This experience happened when my daughter was in the “Toddler A” classroom. The teachers claimed our daughter had her diaper changed 5 minutes prior to being picked up but since there is no video playback to prove it, I was told that they have to give them the benefit of the doubt. I also feel like the administrators will lie to you to defend what’s wrong. Our daughter was left soiled on numerous occasions although the administrators said this would never happen again. My wife dropped our daughter off in the infant room one morning and by the time she got back to her regular classroom she had feces on her back. I was told that the incident was reported to the administrators, when I questioned the administrators about this, they said they were not aware of the incident. I also told them about one of the teacher's in toddler A, who made a racist remark, she referred to the children as “blond haired, blue eyed nazis”. She also made a comment, that although she is a woman she was never meant to be a mom, but ironically she now has her own classroom, that goes to show how the director and the rest of the administration care about our children. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.i would like to add that a lot of the reviews below are from the...
Read moreDaughter attended summer camp program for three weeks here. Very clean environment is one of reason I enrolled. I withdraw her from the program after following below.
I pick my daughter up early one day and she was standing up on fence directly in sun. I ask my daughter did she get in trouble and she stated no. She told me they have to stand on fence when other kids are outside. I called school and told her what my daughter stated as it’s too hot for any kids to be standing in sun while teacher was under the shade sitting down. She tried flip the script on me and advised that it’s DSS policy for kids go outside. I kept telling her outside was not the problem. Kids standing on fence directly in sun while teacher sitting in shade doesn’t seem right.
My bank account was charged incorrect and reached out by email regarding situation. Never received response until couple days later stating they would refund. Communication definitely could improve.
I never receive instructions or keycard to get in building. Unsure why.
My daughter would beg not to go here. It seems kids were bullying her. She tried telling teacher but she was always busy from what my daughter told me. More staff in classroom definitely needed. Just because it’s DSS policy allow 1:20 ratio doesn’t mean you cannot have two teachers. Ensuring kids safety should be the most critical aspect of the school.
Thankfully I was able to get my daughter into another summer camp program. I definitely see difference and she is eagle to go to summer camp. This school was not right fit for my family unfortunately and rating only based off my own...
