Doesn't look like much when walking by with the windows covered and a privacy curtain as soon as you walk in the door but our group was instantly greeted and offered a cocktail menu. We didn't have a reservation and the place was packed! We were seated in about 20min, they scrunched some tables together for us next to a booth, was a perfect table.

We ordered the charcuterie board with Duck Terrine, Coppa Salami, Camembert Cheese with Jelly and Manchego. Chili Shrimp Cocktail and Hamachi appetizers. The charcuterie was flawless as was the hamachi, the shrimp cocktail was amazing as well just slightly overcooked and enough cocktail sauce for everyone in the restaurant. (Not a bad thing)

In our group we ordered the Braised Short Rib, Pork Chops, Lobster Mac-n-Cheese and the Whole Branzino. Our group is big on sharing, so we all got to taste a few bites of the plates. I ordered the Branzino (Pictured) and let's just say you will be very happy with this choice, perfectly cooked and seasoned, Moroccan cous cous and heirloom tomatoes accompanied the dish (Worth picking through the bones). The Pork Chop (Pictured) and Short Rib were massive and again perfectly cooked.

I would recommend making a reservation as it is limited and intimate seating. Our server Patrick was over the top amazing and really made us feel like old friends. If you're lucky enough to have him at your table you're truly in for a...

We walked in a little under dressed and felt judged immediately. Nbd I get it but I'm a prior server, and if a dress code isn't explicitly posted you should treat everyone basically the same. On top of that it's a tourist town, so you have to expect some drop ins that aren't up to dress code to pop by. We had a total of 3 different people assist us in ordering and delivering our food and every one of them was very indifferent if not very cold and/or aloof, as if we were wasting their time. The food was fine, nothing crazy good or bad, but the cold indifference and sense of judgment from the staff really makes this place something I would never recommend. I normally only write reviews if the service was outstanding; I don't really bother leaving negative reviews, but the impression this place left was so awful I felt compelled to let others know that this place isn't worth the...

Tldr: good food, very subpar service. Doubt I'd return because of the service.

Went there with the girlfriend to celebrate her 35th birthday and mentioned that in the OpenTable reservation and to a staff member during the meal. The food was very good, the braised short ribs were absolute amazing and the cocktail I got was delicious (the new standard), unfortunately the service really killed the experience. It's not a large establishment and I feel like I saw our server maybe 4 times through the meal. Never even acknowledged the birthday bit even though I mentioned it to another staff member as well. Never got asked if I'd like a second cocktail when I finished mine. It's a bitter pill to swallow when you drop $180 for 2 entrees, a drink, and an app for service that gets beat by what I'd expect from a chili's or a burger joint, let alone a place projecting itself as...

We shared several dishes among three people, and every plate was executed perfectly. The Caviar Eggs, Octopus Española, and Hamachi were absolute standouts—bold, balanced, and beautifully plated. The quality of ingredients and attention to detail in preparation really came through across the entire meal. The venue itself is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed—elevated but still welcoming. While the service wasn’t quite on par with the food—somewhat inattentive and not especially warm—it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Telluride and looking for a refined yet creative culinary experience.

My husband and I rented out Side Work for our wedding reception dinner. It was the best decision we made! Maury made planning of the event so easy, which was a dream. The service was unreal! Hunter, Josh, and Will were amazing! The dining experience was so intimate and perfect for any occasion. All their cocktails especially the espresso martinis were amazing. As for the food, the filet, hamachi crudo, and spinach and goat cheese empanadas were UNREAL! This place is such a hidden gem of Telluride and I can’t wait to go back!
