We arrived at Chic-Fil-A at 1220 PM, on a Saturday, at this location. Place was buzzing with customers, at a very brisk pace, orders were taken. Counted a crew of at least 9 individuals, all female, on the outside, not counting the inner kitchen, the ones responsible for most of the food. Young lady at the register, pleasant but not excessively so, took our order: 3 Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, at a tune of $7 plus each?. Chose 3 Splenda sweetened lemonade, their serrated fries, and they found us at our table ready to try the fare. Place was packed, with a fair ratio of of all sizes and ages. Bun was a cheapy cheapy, no class here, just what one would considered a small hamburger bun (Shush! No hints of beef allowed here!), a dark leaf lettuce a little on its past its prime stage, a round slice of tomato, and the chicken. From what I gathered the bun is small enough to make the chicken look a little bigger than what it really is. Edible, but this is no gourmet mecca if one judges by this particular selection. Fries lukewarm, edible as well, but no fireworks went off. Lemonade very sweet, should have asked for another cup with ice, for a tastier result. 3 Stars. Returned to the counter for a final round of 6 Crispy Chicken Nuggets, and 6 Grilled, to the fast tune of almost $7. Opted for the house dip. Neither nuggets, crisp or grilled, made an impression, the grilled somehow more juicy? Dip, a forgettable one. 3 Stars. Service fast, and amidst the chaos, appeared to be coping well with the demand. 4 Stars. There is the perception that by choosing chicken, one is eating better, or making a smarter choice than good old american beef. This place looked like the In and Out of Chicken, parking lot full, tables full, there was a moment there where the Chick-Fil-A was looking good, healthy and very wealthy. Then it did slow down, but since it also offers a play area a la Mc Donald's, kids galore could be found and heard having their fun. Then the ratings are so incredibly generous, but the food chose was average at very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came to this Chick-Fil-A location with my niece around 9pm. One of the staff employees, James, was outside taking customer orders. He did exceptionally well when taking my order. I was ordering for 4 so it can be considered a long order. When I asked for a discount, without hesitation, James got in touch with his mangers. I wasnāt expecting to get a discount, but he followed proper protocol and quickly got his staff too verify if I was eligible. Kindly after return, James and his manger came to my car and let me know that I couldnāt receive said discount. I was completely okay with this information. Throughout the whole ordering process he and the Chick-fil-A staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. You can tell that James is an employee that takes pride in his job and has a strong work ethic too. Full disclosure, I have never personally met James or any coworkers of this facility. I live in San Diego and come to visit my family that lives around this location. I have a keen eye for detail and pay attention to things people usually tend to ignore. Food overall was great, per usual. I just wanted to write this review to express how impressed I was by Jameās work ethic. I am kindly requesting that you give him a raise or a promotion. Jameās work efforts should be recognized and rewarded as he created a friendly yet professional...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI Love Chick -Fil- A ! I like it because the chicken is good value for your dollar, great tasting food, the chicken texture tastes like real chicken, not a processed patty. The serving size is good..other fast food choices sometimes serve flat processed chicken Pattieās that are over breaded and hard or dry..not Chick-Fil-A , itās plump juicy and crispy! I just tried the spicy chicken biscuit (plain..I should have gotten a sauce, but it was excellent even without a sauce). The biscuit was buttery and fluffy, the chicken plump flavorful and juicy. My go to is usually a grilled chicken deluxe combo and sometimes I get the spicy chicken when I want a little heat. Their milkshakes are great, as well as their lemonades. My 3 yr old loves their waffle fries. Specifically this location is nice for younger kids because they do have a play place and again my 3 yr old likes itā¦I would recommend not going during a busy time if you have younger ones and wanting to experience the play place since it does get busy and loud. Their customer service is excellent too! All employees always friendly, and checking in on us. Iāve always had a positive experience at all Chick-Fil-Aās Iāve been too. Itās nice to have a family friendly place to take our kids,...
