I’m comparing to other Pho restaurants in OC and Riverside counties. Ordered #10 (well done brisket) and order of fried egg rolls. Vegetarian soup was inedible and my wife wanted to bolt but we stayed so I could try my soup. Pho was average. 1. Soup temperature was piping hot so that’s a huge win 2. Beef was perfectly acceptable but a little fatty for well done brisket 3. Soup color was very dark which tells me there is some element of soup base and not 100% strained homemade soup based on my experience working at Asian restaurants. Not awful but not as tasty when the broth is clear 4. Very stingy on bean sprouts and basil with no cilantro 5. Egg rolls are awful and definitely not homemade. They need to go eat at Saigon Pearl and see how they make their egg rolls. Probably the best eggs I’ve ever tasted and I’ve traveled all over Asia. Yes, it’s homemade and yes they’re incredibly delicious. Plus they give you a mountain of veggies along with your huge tasty authentic egg rolls. Anyway, the service was good but they really need to focus on quality and charge more. Our family will not be returning since there are so many other Pho options available in OC. Quite frankly Pho Neighbors in Lake Elsinore is better (soup only). Egg rolls are equally bad there. In search of an excellent Pho restaurant in the Inland...
Read moreI’m surprised this place has 5 stars. While eating here, they didn’t want to take my order until I asked. There was also no one welcoming us upfront even though more than five employees were present. The restaurant was not busy. Therefore, I just sat down anywhere. They welcomed other tables first, then came to our table after I called for them several times. The employees even passed our table several times ignoring us completely. When the food arrived, there was not much meat and the employees continued to give hateful and aggressive looks. I felt very unwelcome during my visit and off-putted. From beginning to finish. Also, one of the individuals on my table ordered the seafood and it came with two artificial crab pieces and one shrimp…the broth was also beef. You could tell the seafood was boiled in since the noodles were extremely soggy. One of us got their bubble tea too, and is now experiencing diarrhea. Currently, I have an upset stomach and plan to no longer go here. I do not recommend it. Each time they handed over the food they didn’t care to look at us, and did an upset face. This type of unprofessionalism is not needed when people are trying to get fed. There are plenty of other pho places in town. 😊 I thought they just had a bad day, but that was not it at all. I highly do...

From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a clean, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. The star of the show, of course, is the pho. The broth is rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Each spoonful is a symphony of tastes, with tender slices of meat and a medley of fresh herbs. The noodles are cooked to perfection, adding a delightful texture to every bite. But the deliciousness doesn't stop at the pho we also ordered the banh khot (mini pancakes) all I can say is WOW, my mouth exploded with mouthwatering sweetness! The menu boasts a variety of other Vietnamese dishes, all equally impressive. Every dish is bursting with flavor, and the presentation is both beautiful and appetizing.
