I enjoy eating here , however , I have only eating here twice in the past 3 months , and both of these times , I have had the same problem . I eat an appropriate amount , and before a couple months ago , I never had a problem with the portions that they served . I always get two bowls , one for myself and another for my mother , and we get the same thing . The first time I had a problem , they didn’t put a lot of guacamole . Now , if I am gonna pay extra , you should at least put a normal amount in the bowl . I typically won’t say anything , even if it is only a little bit - however , it was very clear that one bowl had more than the other. When i said something about making them even , she gave me attitude and said it would be extra. EXTRA TO MAKE THEM EVEN . I was livid and decided that I won’t go there again for a long while . Today , I decided to give the place another shot, and was let down yet again . This time , it was the meat . This guy put a quarter of the normal amount that is normally given in one of the bowls , and half the normal amount in the other. I said kindly asked the guy to put a little more in the bowl with less , he adds basically nothing to it (the amount still isn’t even with the other bowl) and I ask him to make it even with the other bowl. He goes and gives me attitude , telling me that he put the proper serving size blah blah blah , which I couldnt believe he had the nerve to say considering it wasn’t even the same as the other bowl he just filled . Not only this , but the customer in front of me asked for more of rice AND more meat and he gave her more than both of my bowls combined . I don’t know what kind of discrimination this guy was doing , but it was definitely the tipping point for me . All that being said , the food is good , but the attitude of some of the employees here seem to need an adjustment . Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location unless you want your portions messed up and want to receive attitude from the staff. I hope the manager of this location reads these reviews and uses them to make their...
Read moreAn appreciation post for the employees that worked closing shift 8/26/24 !!!!!!!! Your kindness changes lives’!
Last night after the gym I had a CRAZY chipotle craving… so I came in about 20 minutes before closing with a to-go order placed. Anyone that works/worked food service knows how annoying that is as an employee - but they still treated me w/ so much love and care. Im a broke college student so I got chicken bowl. (bc it’s the cheapest protein I like) To my surprise, they were out of chicken. The staff was sweet enough to upgrade my bowl to barbacoa. (It was what I had originally wanted.) Not only that, but there was a burrito that was leftover from another order. The beautiful girl that made my order passed it on to me for free. I was so appreciative. I was then driving by men’s wearhouse and saw a homeless woman walking in the parking lot. I immediately passed the burrito on to her. I had originally went to chipotle with the mindset of “well, I wish I could get my usual order” - and I did. Most importantly I got to be a vessel for that sweet girls act of kindness to make it to its destination! In the hands of someone that appreciated it more than anyone else. It’s really easy to judge customers as an employee - I was never one to do that! It’s so easy to think someone wants disrespect your time - but shoutout to those who don’t. Shoutout to those that see the beauty in passing love, positivity, and gestures forward. Shoutout to those that try to maintain that attitude even 20 minutes before closing. Shoutout to you two working front of house - you know exactly who you are! You turned a really stressful and financially unstable situation into a grounding experience that reminded me in the power of human connection & synchronicity. Never...
Read moreTerrible customer service. Totally unprofessional. Passive aggressive behavior by employees. No conflict resolution training apparent. Entitled employees who lacked integrity, character, and professionalism. I dealt with two employees in which both treated me as badly as I have been treated at a public restaurant. Neither took responsibility for their behavior or actions toward me. They were rude, passive, and confrontational. I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau with my experience. The two employees I dealt with should be reprimanded at the very least. I'm shocked and disappointed that Chipotle employees couldn't do a better job with their conflict resolution. They did not seem prepared or trained to deal with my situation. I have many options to spend my money on food. I will not be giving Chipotle my...
