Itâs disappointing that a place with great food and a lot of potential lacks good customer service and poor management. Iâve been referring this place to friends and family for the food.
More than a week ago I came to pick up an order and they gave me the wrong items. Which o understand a mistake, when I called to bring this to the attention the cashier that was on shift offer me that the next time I come in they will remake the food for me at no cost.
I show up, it seems that the cashier didnât communicate this to her colleagues. The cashier calls the manager/owner and explains the situation and refuses to back up the offer that was given to me.

I was told the tortillas are freshly handmade. I had never had a Memela, so I decided to give it a try, and it was good. Great salsa bar with variety from mild and real spicy. The flavor of the mole was on point but the enmoladas were greasy and did not come with any sides which I thought were a bit expensive for the plate, but normally they come with rice and beans.
