Vince's Spaghetti Express — Restaurant in Temecula

I have been dying to try this place every time I've driven by and I finally went with my family... Let me tell you it's not convenient. It's delicious food, but nothing spectacular. I honestly do not think they will make it in this economy. For starters upon arriving they did not have many people inside the restaurant and I can clearly see why now.. We tried their famous spaghetti dinner (family of 3), 2 adults & 1 tiny senior citizen, but they charged us extra $4 to add cheese on top of spaghetti as well as a whopping $2 per extra empty plate provided so that we can split our family meal. Ridiculous. We will not be coming here again, and I highly recommend if you are looking for a good family deal in Temecula/Murrieta area go check out Filippis Pizza Grotto Italian Food, they are a much nicer deal. Vince's needs to fix their up charged policies if they want to stay in business selling the cheapest thing you can make at an Italian restaurant. You can literally make that same meal at home for $12... Aside from the extra charges, the service was decent. If anything I felt bad for the waitress having to implement the ridiculous upcharges cause I could tell she knew it's what affects her tip the most, and that falls completely on the restaurant owner. If Vince's wants more business they need to fix those upcharges or they'll continue to have nothing but crickets...

Don't eat food from people that aren't happy to be making it and serving it to you! The kitchen staff are not following food safety guideline and most are not wearing hairnets or gloves! Manager Christie is the absolute worst human being! My husband was asked to come in to work for them on six hours notice (not formally being trained/hired) on his first day, he gets there optimistic and notices all the employees are very unhappy and about twenty minutes into being there I (his wife) am having a medical emergency and my husband is driving the only car we have at the time. He politely tells Christie that he needs to take me to the hospital and she huffs at him. LITERALLY HUFFS. My husband, understanding this is not the best impression to leave, sincerely apologizes and wishes no ill will. What does she say? "If this is how it's going to be, I won't be hiring you." What kind of selfish, apathetic person says this? My husband still offers a handshake to her and thanks her for the opportunity to work. YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE THIS PART. This "manager" of a lady looks at my husband's hand, huffs again, and TURNS AROUND! Have a little human decency lady. If this Christie ever reads this, I want a formal apology for making me feel bad about taking my husband away from a job we needed so I could be taken to hospital and go through what I wish no other woman has...

I have ordered a takeout from Vince’s Spaghetti twice using Grubhub. Both times my order was incorrect. Today I placed an order for 3 lasagna dinners with extra meat sauce. When the delivery driver arrived, there was only 1 order of lasagna. The last time the order was incorrect, I let it go. But this time I called to tell them about the error. When I called a young lady answered the phone, told me to hold on and she would check to see what happened. Then the phone went dead. I called back and a young man answered the call and told me that he was going to get the manager. When the Manager came to the phone, I tried to explain that this was the second time that I had an issue with an order at Vince’s. She became irritated and very angry and started accusing me of screaming at her; which I did not. She never apologized not one time during the conversation, but told me that she would refund the part of the order that I didn’t receive. She totally missed the point! The issue was not the refund, but the fact that this was the second incorrect order! She told me that she was NOT a delivery person and that was All that she would do. She then hung up the phone! Still no apology. This is the last time that I will ever place an order from Vince’s Spaghetti. While the food is okay, customer service is terrible; if you ever have an issue....
