I had very high hopes going to this Korean BBQ, the 2 big reasons for the 4 and not 5 star 1) the notice āyou may be charged for uneaten foodā 2) the BBQ itās self are made of a very flimsy aluminum and had to be changed our 4 times cook times were very long. So the atmosphere to me said more diner, it was just gray, and very bleak. The service was really great at first our server was on every order, but it seemed as we asked for things he became more irritated with us. My two sons. The children at the table, didnāt receive their drinks until halfway through the meal after asking many different people, a guy looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for a fork because I donāt know how to use chopsticks. Getting a side of soy sauce is nearly impossible. Overall, it was an enjoyable birthday. I didnāt get to have the robot waiter sing to me? We did let them know it was my birthday. But Iām 45 I can get over that. I just thought it would be cool. They did bring out our sides in a timely manner. Overall, it was a very pleasant dinner. I donāt necessarily know that I would be back for dinner. I might do lunch there the food there was a great selection. The meats all looked fresh and the seasoning was on par. Overall, I recommend everybody tries this place out itās definitely worth a try. Just make sure you eat everything you order. All you can eat means only what you can eat try to avoid any over ordering fees. But I canāt hit on that because I get it. The economy sucks and people are gluttonous, but still is a huge turn off when I saw that as far as the barbecue I wish maybe it was a little higher quality to where you could just cook everything at once but we had to take a breaks so that they could change out the tops and then warm up again I do recommend this for $33 per person. Itās priced very decently for the amount of food that you can eat . And I think the prices were 33 for the āCā menu and then $43 for the āBā menu and $53 for the āš¼" and I didnāt see how much lunch was, but I think thatās very reasonable for dinner. I ended up getting the C menu because it had some thing for everybody that was at the table and we all did sit and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic Korean barbecue restaurant, and I can't praise it enough. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
First and foremost, the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made sure our table had everything we needed and checked on us regularly without being intrusive.
The highlight of the evening was, of course, the food. The quality of the meat and ingredients was top-notch. We tried a variety of cuts, and each one was incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection on the grill at our table. The marinades and sauces provided added an extra layer of deliciousness to the meal.
What truly impressed me was the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. Despite the interactive nature of Korean barbecue, the ventilation system effectively eliminated any lingering smoke, ensuring a comfortable dining environment.
The ambiance was also worth noting. The decor was tasteful, creating a welcoming atmosphere that was both modern and cozy. It was the perfect setting for a memorable meal.
In summary, I highly recommend this Korean barbecue restaurant to anyone who appreciates quality food, exceptional service, and a delightful dining experience. Whether you're a seasoned Korean barbecue enthusiast or trying it for the first time, you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to return. I only ask that the owners add LA Galbi and beef tongue, as I love those cuts...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreId like to preface by saying, we have been here more than five times. There's always a decent wait, which is not a problem because we are used to waiting for Korean BBQ at other establishments outside of Temecula. We're avid KBBQ people so it pains me to write this, but the service is just not there with 2n1. The host and/or hostesses have always been great, but the servers, food runners, even the people that change out the grills - all look miserable. Are they getting beef in the kitchen somewhere?? You think they'd smile getting 20% tip of a very steep $34 per person (for the BASIC). Nobody smiles. No one says you're welcome. Nobody even looks you in the eyes. It's like every time we order something, we are a hassle to them. Even if we aren't a hassle, that's how you are treated. Which is crazy because with all you can eat, you end up ordering quite a few times, so you think it would be expected that people need to order food, lots of times! It just sucks because I know everybody has an off day, but we have not met one friendly server one time here, and like I said, we've been here at least 5 times now. Food is mid compared to most establishments but it's the closest option we have in Temecula valley, which is why we've frequented this establishment as many times as we have. We've given it an honest shot, and I'm sad to say we will now just be eating KBBQ at home or making the drive up to Riverside for better service, prices and food. Oh and they don't have...
