Absolutely, Can not recommend this Doctor. What I just experienced with the office staff at this chiropractor makes me wonder if businesses realize how much money they lose when they have rude and incompetent office staff. I made an appointment as a new patient looking for a decompression doctor for long term decompression treatment and a team that could put together a full treatment plan for a herniated disk. I made an appointment, however had to reschedule because I am an RN and working nightshift, I realized I would not be able to make the appointment time, I left a message, and Tessa called me back around 10am this morning. Tessa the secretary who called me was immediately condescending, arrogant and brusque with me, not allowing me to explain that I was a new patient, she kept saying “I don’t see you as a patient of ours” and kept saying your phone keeps cutting out and then she hung up on me!” I barely was able to say 3 words to her. Then she called back asking for someone who was not me, I said that is not me, however we seem to have been cut off a minute ago. She hung up on me again! Now mind you I just had a lengthy conversation moments before speaking with her and there was no complaint of my phone cutting out. I thought maybe we just had a bad connection, so I called back. I was immediately hung up on again by Tessa. I thought there is no way this office is hanging up on their patients, so I tried once more and as soon as I spoke, she hung up on me again!! I guess Tessa has such a miserable little life that she finds it necessary to be Terse and discourteous to someone who is in extreme pain and is just looking for treatment to relieve that pain, She made me feel that this office would not be supportive to an injured geriatric patient or would it be a safe place for some in need of help. I really would have liked to meet the Doctor, he has a lot of good reviews, it is to his detriment that he may be unaware of his truly terrible staff. In case you are still trying to make your decision on a Chiropractor may I suggest making an appointment at “Inland Chiropractic”, where I was made to feel welcomed and safe and defiantly supported, the entire staff at "Inland Chiropractic" are professional and patient, this office really makes you feel like a place where you can...

The review below is one that I wrote a year or two ago, and I wanted to update it and let anyone reading this know that I am driving even further to get to Dr Mark. The drive is more like an hour now, but Dr Mark is sooo very worth that time and effort and gas!!! I hope that you will read this review and know that Dr Mark is a unique and gifted man who is a rare gift and grace in my life. I hope you will consider allowing him to help you too. You won't be disappointed. The rest of the review is the one I wrote some time back, but it is as relevant today as it was then.

I have been going to Doctor Mark for well over ten years. He takes care of me. He knows my back, neck and body better than I do!!! He's a font of wisdom; I don't believe I've ever asked him a question that stumped him, and I ask lots of questions! He is kind and caring person who makes going to the Chiropractor a blessing rather than a chore.

Several years ago I moved from Temecula to Corona, and still I continue to come down (a 45 min drive) to get Doctor Mark to do his Magic on my back and neck (or wherever else is hurting currently!!!). I have gone to a lot of chiropractors during the last (35+ years), but I've never had the concern and quality of service combined with Doctor Mark's "extra mile" style of care, which is why I'm committed to continuing with him. I also like that he is constantly attending continuing education in his areas of expertise. With all the increased knowledge becoming available on a regular basis, I think it's important to have a Chiropractor or Medical Doctor who is committed to ongoing education. Thanks Doctor Mark! You are a great grace...

Our family have been going to see Dr Banasiak for years! He has helped my husband's back ailments with Spinal Decompression Therapy that gave him back pain relief. Dr. Banasiak uses cold lazer therapy for my joints that are becoming arthritic and with Active Release Treatments, I can tolerate the arthritis much better! My daughter started seeing Dr. B when she was pregnant on a regular basis. It made a difference in this pregnancy and she wishes she lived here when she was pregnant with her son. My granddaughter has been seeing Dr. B since she was a week old and now she is a year. My four-year old grandson loves getting his adjustments too! As a family, when ailments arise, the first stop is always to the chiropractor! It's our way of life. It certainly lessens the time you have to go to the medical doctor. A final note - the staff is professional, knowledgeable and treat you like they want you there...with great service which is so unlike most...
