Typical Michaels, nothing special with customer service or items. Messy store with items in the wrong place EVERYWHERE. TALK about "guess a price!" THANK GOD for those price scanners or people would be EMBARRASSED at the register. The item I was looking, white milked paint, was out of stock and the store was not restocking them. Instead of offering ways to assist, they simply said sorry and that was that. I went to Lowes and an employee actually THERE went on his phone and found a location within a mile, NOT HOME DEPOT, carrying EXACTLY what I needed. Mind you I have been looking for months! Now, THAT'S customer service if you ask me. I left Home Depot and went to quire my paint. Came back to Home Depot for brushes EVENTHOUGH the other spot had them. #LOYALTY So yeah, the employees at Michaels didn't give me that "extraordinary vibe". The store itself is short staffed and not dirty, but a bit run down. Staff overall is nice enough, doing there best, but the reason I give this a 5 Star is because of Allison.

I went to the kids club on Saturday- figured it would be an easy and fun way to distract the kids and get Mother’s Day cards done. It was not that easy. My 4 year old was having a particularly hard time, she did not want to participate, could not articulate what she needed or wanted and I was becoming increasingly frustrated.

Allison stepped in and patiently spoke with my daughter, gave her different options, was gentle and caring. She made the event a success and I am thankful that she showed such patience and care.

Visiting Michaels is like going to Disneyland for me there's so many items to choose from that you're mind just run wild with creativity I think I walked in there one day and try to to buy some paint but ended up spending almost $300 because there's so many options there to choose from they change up their Decor every so often and you can get caught up with the checkout line at they have baskets full of options of things to purchase random things stuff animals bubbles candy sodas and little trinkets but it's a Well Visit I probably visit this location Maybe every season but every time I go the people are always friendly and the line moves...
