Arby's — Restaurant in Tempe

Before we even got into the restaurant we were greeted by an employee with a smile from Cameron! Definitely set the tone for a positive experience already. This location is well taken care of: condiments stocked, clean floors, empty garbages, freshly wiped tables! Will happily return to this specific location because of the immediate welcoming by the staff. The gentleman (Dustin) at the counter was incredibly friendly. He made sure to check on our food (we dined in) see how we were doing. He made sure to stay busy. Cleaning tables, adjusting the chairs and making sure to keep occupied during the times it was slow. The manager Alicia came over to greet us and make sure we were satisfied. I appreciate all of this. Thank you Steve for making our food!! Everything was incredible! Just do the roast beef here. That's what they're known for and that's what they do the best. For the second time I tried one of their limited time menu promotions and for the second time I wasted my money. The Market Fresh pecan chicken salad sandwich at almost $6 with tax was neither fresh and had scant evidence of pecans. Stale bread (as before when they promoted a Reuben) with a pasty mix of processed chicken bits spread over 1/2 of each portion, a few grape appearing pieces mashed on lots and lots of lettuce. It was take out on the way home and wasn't worth the trip back to return it. It was a Sunday so maybe I got what was left after a busy weekend, but it was awful. love arbys but whould never go back to this one as i have watch tje manger put items under warmer with bare hands and a nother time i have watch my food get out slow and the same manger goes back to help and watch them put mayo on chicken cordon bleu and I told her that with no mayo so what does the manager do she wipes it off with their finger and wipes it into the trash can that's it's right there by them and then goes back to touch into my food and try to sever it to me after that and seeing that i will and how she handels food i will never return to arbys witch is bad cuz i used to go about 2 to 3 times a week now i have found new shop for my roast beef and chicken sandwiches it's not Arbys butt at least I don't have to worry about them touching trash cans and wiping stuff up with their fingers and then trying to...
