Possibly the worst customer service ever. I was in a rush one afternoon and decided to get McDonalds considering they are always fast and decided to place an order through the app.It was an estimated 5 minute wait time so I checked in and waited patiently until another 5 minutes passed and I checked the order status and it will still prepping. Now 15 minutes had passed and I opened the McDonald's app and it said " Thank you for your order" now that message only pops up after you receive your oder but I never received it. First thing that came to mind is that they were having technology problems sure that is bound to happen sometimes so I decided to get off and politely ask what happened to my order. When I got to the cashier I told the lady who I believe was the manager what had happened so she goes to check if they had any mobile orders and comes back to tell me that they didn't receive anything. I was 100 percent sure I ordered at the correct McDonalds so I doubled checked and showed her my app and reassured her that it was the right McDonalds. She then goes back to check and continues to tell me she never received anything I told her that I did pay and I just wanted my order. She didn't believe me so I showed her the receipt only for her to still tell me that she never got my order. I showed her my transaction history and she kept repeating that she never received my order even after showing her proof of purchase. She finally got tired and processed my order but still had me wait another 5 min and only to through my order on the counter instead of handing it to me directly and apologize. Read moreEvery time I come to this specific location, the wait times to place your order, to pay, and to actually receive your order are extremely long. It would be understandable if there was a long line but it is always an instance where there are only 1 or 2 other cars in line. There have been instances where I only order a Mcflurry and I am asked to wait in the mobile pickup lanes and I see 2 to 3 cars pull up and drive away with larger order than me. I've waited 15 minutes for 1 mcflurry and the staff bringing it out will be extremely rude. I had one instance where I had a special request and the employee taking the order acknowledged the said request and had me park in the mobile lane. We waited 10 minutes and the employee who brought out the order didn't execute the said request but said he would go back inside to change it and make it right. Well he didn't know that I had followed him inside so he wouldn't have to walk back out into the heat and he started mocking me and talking about how ridiculous my request was and the staff was laughing along with him. Like ok, I get why you are annoyed but I had been extremely polite despite waiting for so long. Then he proceeded to spend another 5 minutes doing other things instead of doing what he was going to do. Read moreMc Donald's failed on my visit. My order was placed through the drive up window. I placed a fairly large order as we chose this location for breakfast for our family of 5. I ordered 6 breakfast sandwiches two of them were to be a meal. The meal is to come with the breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns, and a drink. We did not receive any hashbrowns. I also ordered the ultimate breakfast that was to include pancakes, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns and unfortunately we only received the pancakes and 1 sausage. I paid $32 . When we got home to eat the food we ordered and then noticed 6 hashbrowns, the eggs were missing. Out of all the places we could have chosen to order breakfast we picked Mc Donald's and when calling the location to inform them of the missing food they said they were sorry but they ran out of the items and that's why we did not get them. Maybe they should have mentioned that when placing the order instead of charging us for it and not giving it to us. Simple communication would have been nice. No refund was given . I definitely won't return to this location. So make sure if you order from here check your bags and make sure you get what you ordered.
