**update. They closed down and reopened with a whole new staff. The trash service and constant mistakes remain. Stay clear of this abomination of a Wendy's.
This is a terrible Wendy's location staffed with employees who do not care about service. I have had multiple issues historically and because it's the closest one I keep coming back like some kind of Stockholm syndrome sufferer. This latest time I sat at the drive through for multiple minutes with no word, assuming something was wrong I lurched inside to place my order. This is where my confusion compounded as when I entered there were multiple employees standing around. At this point I advised the person behind the register of my experience and frustration. This notification was met with a blank expression as if I demanded them to tell me what 37 times 836 was without paper or a Texas instruments advanced computation device. After a full 30 seconds of awkward silence I muttered "ok, it's clear you do not care" and turned my eyes towards the menu. The actual ordering process went smooth. As expected, my chili was completely forgotten about leaving me to request it again when my bag was slid my direction and I was asked if there was anything else I needed. I wish i could say incidents like this were isolated but they are not. On at least 4 different occasions (when I get a response in the drive thru) I have had to loop around to get items I had asked for explicitly. On none of these occasions, this one included, was any attempt made to rectify the situation. I wish I could say that I wont be back but like an abused spouse I will keep coming back because of the fond memories of the Wendy's that once treated me so well. Read moreUsually I would give a fast food location multiple chances at getting a better rating from me, but I can't think of a reason to do that for this location. The first ever time I went here, I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru before anyone even took my order, and then another 13 minutes to get to the window and pay. And then another 3 minutes to get my food. (There were literally only 6 cars ahead of me). I got 2 baconators and they only put 1 patty on each one. Needless to say, I was pretty irritated. After giving my feedback on the Wendy's site, I never got a response back, or a refund. So I decided to go there today, but I parked right before the entrance of the drive thru. I waited for 4 minutes to see if the line moved at all (it didn't, same story). The poor people in the drive thru probably just got to eat their food, 45 minutes after I left. Read moreI just pulled through the drive through with my wife and we were looking at the secret menu online to which they told us "they do not have a secret menu, they do not have shakes, and there's never been a secret menu". I have gone to wendys everywhere and always gotten items off the secret menu. I understand maybe the cashier and manager were obviously new and didn't know thats ok.. but the attitude we were given for asking a question is absolutely unacceptable. To top it all off when they handed my wife her coke or should I say thrust it at her through the window they spilled soda on her and our car, they didn't even offer napkins for the spill. As a final straw the food was overcooked like its been on a warmer for hours.. I recommend steering clear of that particular wendys. They don't stand for awesome or amazing there thats for sure.
