Fruit flies swarming everywhere. Dust bunny on utensils. Half the menu was missing. Over relaxed management. Flirting staff. Super slow service. Great menu. Great food ( when the decide to stock the restaurant)
Table of 4 on a Sunday took 45 minutes for 4 waters and 1 salad. When I opened my utensils to finally eat my food, a huge dust bunny was wrapped with my water spot ridden utensils! DISGUSTING! i have pictures! When brought to the attention of the waitor, the waitor said "oh that's disgusting" snatched up the utensils and cloth napkin, and brought it to the kitchen. The waitor disappeared for 15 minutes, serviced another table, and never brought back new utensils preventing me from eating. A female waitor picked up his slack and brought me new utensils, probably because she was flirting with him the entire night she didn't want him to be in trouble? Our waitor was purposely avoiding our table and would disappear for 15 minutes at a time without checking on us. Waitor brought our receipt, and disappeared for 15 minutes, 2nd waitor took our receipts and had to track down our original waitor. Manager was walking around with his hands in his pocket the entire night checking his phone, while the entire restaurant was sinking and wasn't even half full. 100$ bill to feed 2 people with drinks. And no one offered anything no apologies for a dust bunny on my utensils. How long were they sitting around? Bjs used to be the place to be. Wth happened? I'd even deal with the high prices if service wasn't so terrible. Oh and the worst of it all! We go there for happy hour, they had no chicken pot stickers, no mozzarella sticks, and no avacado egg rolls. I drive 30 minutes just for those avacado egg rolls, how are they never in stock? My fiance drove 30 minutes for a filet mignon dinner.. and they ran out! Whoever is managing this place is doing a poor poor job for a restaurant that has one of the best menus. I look at the menu and automatically say "I wanna come again tomorrow for lunch!", and after I leave, especially after this time. I'm never going back. And I dont think you should bother either. The workers at this establishment do not care about their jobs for whatever reason. ...

Same beef, same bun, same fries.. Price gouging at its worst! $5 increase for no reason at all! I will be not visiting here anymore. Thanks! I dropped it to 1 star based on the rip off pricing. Better deals at Red Robin, Burger King, and many other places. Btw, burger tasted just ok and the patty was torn in multiple pieces. It fell apart in my lap as I ate it. Fries were just ok. Bun was nothing great either. Way better food at Red Robin.
11/09/2022 Ordered burger plain from takeout. 10 mins wait ok.. but they soaked the bun in mayo and included all the toppings. Definitely not plain and wow not the first time. When I ordered today I told the cashier totally plain, just the burger and the bun. Not sure how anyone would interpret that as soak the bun and patty in mayo and everything else?
Last year one of the managers pulled same thing on me and took 3 tries back and forth to get a cheeseburger with all toppings finally turned into a plain hamburger.
My advice? Tell the server twice exactly what you want and have them read it back to you. I did that today and they still messed up.
1/22/2022 Delicious food, great service, super fast! Thanks!
Came here November 21 during the crazy lockdowns of 2020. We were able to eat inside without masks, like normal human beings. The food was so tasty and delicious! Helped by 3 super friendly waitresses, always checking up on us. Service was super quick! Great prices, portions, large menu and great drink selection! Comfy leather booths inside. Really great experience! Thank you BJ's!! 🙂
Pros: Burgers.. on a bun!(nowhere near as good as Red Robin)
French fries just ok(not yummy anymore 2023).
Delicious (cant stop eating them) chicken wings with a yummy sweet bbq sauce!

Read moreFirst things first I have had good food here once and it was pretty good. A while ago their food was AWFUL so it’s nice to see a turn around. As for the drinks, great selection from the many many beers and signature cocktails. All the drinks I’ve ever had were really good. I usually have dinner at Texas Roadhouse and then come here for drinks. I recommended their sparkling sangria. I also recommend the lucky ducky Drink which is prepared in a bath tub with a tiny duck. You can keep the duck but if you want the tub it’s $10.00 more which I obviously had to at that point. My concerns about this location is that when I walked in a worker was talking with either another coworker or customer and didn’t warn me about the extremely Wet floor which had a huge spill on it. This occurred Monday June 30th maybe around 7/7:30 pm. Never once put up a wet sign floor. Didn’t even warn me about the spill and I slid a bit thank god I caught myself or they would have a lawsuit on their end. I even said it out loud enough for the bartender with the cute long hair to hear. I work for Violations and they are SO lucky that I was just grabbing drinks there bc it is a very nice spot for drinks. Meanwhile I go to leave and I’m Still slipping and sliding !!! Idk if they still didn’t clean it up or it was still wet from Cleaning it up , but then again NO SIGN or Warning. Where is the management? As a manger you NEED to make sure this doesn’t happen. I was SO shocked when the worker kept gossiping and did warn me about the spill!!! It was enormous and I’m not exaggerating right by the bar area by the first two bar tables the spill was big enough to cover both and she wasn’t cleaning it up she was just chatting!!! And also it’s pretty pricey, $$42 on two drinks but $10 was the tub so about $32 dollars on two drinks. Overall drinks are good, really cute atmosphere, poor workers and management, prices could be cheaper. They can warn people about huge spills they are walking into at least….. but with that said, the drinks are worth it and the food has turned around. I may go back to try the food...
