The District Manager is an incredibly vindictive man who’s not to be trusted around crew members.

He retaliated against one of the special needs crew members for unknown reasons. She was rarely late; she filled in when they needed her; worked well with the crew and the other managers; had no write ups or verbal warnings; no customer complaints;and the District Manager did everything he could to get her to quit.

She’d worked for Andy’s Frozen Custard at another location and loved working there. It made no sense that a district manager would act this way. The store manager and shift managers wanted her to stay but she’d had enough of his harassment. And she wasn’t the only crew member who’d felt the sting of this man’s venom.

The crew member was special needs but took care of business. She was more Boomer than Generation Z.

It’s a shame because she wanted to be there long term.

The final act of retaliation was when the District Manager stopped the crew member from collecting used banana peels. Instead of seeing them thrown in a landfill, she was taking them and feeding them to her worms on her farm.

After she left, the store manager ok’d that she could continue to pick up the peels because, hey, who doesn’t want be responsible when it comes to the environment. The District Manager overrode the store manager and put a stop to it as some kind of payback.

Today I was made the worst ooey gooey and Oreo concrete EVER. I basically received vanilla custard with a dash of caramel, nuts, and Heath bar. The employee did not care and said that’s how it’s supposed to look. This ice cream too high to be inconsistent. The manager was no help. Eating it was so disappointing. One thing customers appreciate is consistency and good customer service. I’ve added a photo of what I received and what is advertised. BIG DIFFERENCE. My daughter ate her Oreo concrete so I was unable to post a pic but it was so blended up that there was no Oreo chunks. I had to purchase extra Oreos. The manager give me 2 coupons for a free treat. the coupon read’s any treat on us! He gave me the coupon because I downloaded the app and checked in once and still hasn’t gave me a free concrete. So last night me and my husband went and I ordered the Stolen Brownie Sundae and add marshmallow cream. The total came up to me owning 4.35 I ask the cashier why she said for the add on I guess I said for marshmallow? I did look to have to pay for the add on but not over 4 dollars!
