I had the worst experience at this location. They took my order and I gave them my card for payment. I was starting to notice that cars were coming and going with their orders in no time and I was still waiting for mine still after 20 minutes. No one came by my car to acknowledge that they hadn't brought out my order or my card. Then finally the manager came out and states to me "I have some bad news". Thinking he was going to tell me that they had run out of whatever it was that I ordered, he tells me instead that my card was handed to one of the other cars and that customer drove off. I responded with "are you serious?" He just stands there and says to me "yes so if you give me your number I'll call you if he returns it later." I immediately called my bank to cancel my card because there was no way I was going just be Ok with someone having possession of my card for any amount of time. Then he went in to get my order and some one at the door tosses a bag to him and he hands it to me. Furious, I drive away and get home to see that my tenders are covered with the gravy that had opened and spilled all inside the box. The frys were soggy and the food was just disgusting. The next day I called the corporate office to make a complaint and the guy that answered stated that it would be looked into and that the general manager and the owner would be contacting me to ask me again what happend. He said that there are policies in place for a credit card order and if that happened to me then they were not being followed. To this day I have yet to recieve a phone call from anyone from this...
Read moreDecided to try Bush's after reading some good reviews... Overall, kids liked, but not loved the tenders...and I liked, but not loved fried chicken pieces - same level as Church's. POSITIVES: like that they had more variety in sides, kids loved fried okra (who knew) and I got fries, and my boy loved the bread roll. Also liked friendly young man who took my order. BIG NEGATIVES: The manager who walked by the food counter, grabbed a bread roll, and propped himself up against the counter and began eating it like it was nobody's business...I CAN SEE YOU, SIR!!! I started thinking this hand so close to his mouth was probably the same hand that gave me my pepper, grabbed tongs and served others etc. NO BUENO!!!! Also a little turned off at the huge pile of tenders and chicken under the heat lamps...didn't scream FRESH in my mind, but I don't know how long they were there...but I do knowvin the 30 minutes I was eating in dining room I didn't see them make a dent. Even my son turned around, looked at the pile, and said, "So they just get them from there?" About the only positive to this mound of tenders is that they are generous. The 2 piece looked like 4-5 and 4 looked like 8. So there's that. 🤷♂️ Probably won't return with so many other fried chicken choices within a block from...
Read moreWent here for dinner and the lines were...amazing. 2 cars, 1 in each Lane. I was so happy. I was helped by a sweet young guy and he took my order, was very nice and respectful. He quickly filled my order and brought it out to me. I had to add a sweet tea to my order and he had No problem running back in for me to get that.
Tenders were so delicious. And so was the crinkle cut fries. So so good. It was so good as it that I totally forgot to add the seasoning I had asked for and the guy so kindly included in the bag, both original and spicy. Thank you again. (Wish I knew his name or had gotten it)
I hate that I didnt have more cash to tip the poor guy. I will try to make it back soon to show my appreciation and tip better than I did. I just had $2 cash...ugh...my advice is to take more cash than I did to tip.
I was very pleased when I got home to see my order filled. I was also thankful that the kinda 1/2 pieces of tenders were not considered full pieces and was given at least 2 pieces for each small tender to equal 1 piece. I ordered a 16 piece and there was more than 16 pieces but again some were tiny pieces that needed another half to...
