Today, in the wake of winter storms that have the whole state of Texas in a frenzy and has undoubtedly caused hardship on them as well, I experienced subpar customer service.
I placed a mobile pickup order, joined the long drive thru line, only had to wait about 5 minutes to get to an employee to let them know I was there to pick up a mobile order, but was then told that there was no such order. After showing them my order on my phone, paid for and actively reflecting that I was going through the normal steps to complete the pickup, the employee said; āJust let them know at the drive thru and theyāll hook you up.ā Cool. So, another five minutes and I pull up, tell them I have a mobile order, and get the same response: no such order exists. I asked if i could give them the order there and have them take it to me in the parking lot. Nope. Instead, Iād have to wait in the 35° weather outside to re-place my order and then they would take it to my car. Otherwise I would have to rejoin the drive thru line. But itāll be quick, I was assured. Well, Iām wearing flip flops and pajamas because this was supposed to be a drive-thru pickup. But if itāll be quick, then sure, Iāve sustained worse conditions for far longer. I can do that. So I join the line. For 15 minutes. Not quick. And very uncomfortable. Only to find out that the reason why they cancelled the order (and didnāt notify me, by the way) was because Iād ordered a 30-ct nugget and theyāre only offering 8 & 12-counts right now.
Very cold.
Very annoyed.

The last three times Iāve been here, weāve been missing items. Iāve placed the orders as mobile pickup orders, so if I couldāve left independent reviews for each order and requested refunds for the missing items, I wouldāve. But of course there is not an option in the app for that ( that Iām aware of ), so here we are.
I know yāall get busy, but please double check orders. I worked at CFA for 3.5 years and we would miss something every now and then, but both this and the location off W Lake Houston Pkwy seem to miss things in every order lately.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreTonight my experience was very unpleasant. I went through the drive-thru around 9:40 PM. I had gone through the second lane not knowing it was closed. (There was a car already in the first lane) so I was going to back up and go to the first lane, but another car was already pulling up. So I figured I would just order at the window..and I had actually even called their store to let them know the situation ahead of time, but no one answered their phone. so I get to the window and explained to them what happened and the girl at the window turns to her manager and explained the situation. The manager looks at me and says āwell what do you want?ā I told her I wanted the spicy chick fil a sandwich. She told me they were out of bread. Okay....there were about 5 cars in front of me...did they not get bread with their orders? Then I asked for the Cobb salad.. didnāt have it. She said they only had the spicy southwest and grilled market. I asked for 2 spicy southwest, both with the avocado ranch dressing. Then she says they only had one of the avocado ranch... I then ask if they had any grilled nuggets or fries. Nope. Nothing. I then proceeded to say never mind, thank you, and drove off. If they ādidnāt have anythingā like they said, how are they going to run their business tomorrow? I understand it was close to closing time, but it was a little ridiculous that they would deny having any food whatsoever. Very disappointed. Also wanted to add that there was a car behind me...what were they going to receive if they were pretty much out...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really love coming to this Chic Fil A and they usually give great customer service⦠This morning my order was incorrect in drive thru so I went on the inside to get it fixed⦠I asked for a manager and she came to the register not happy at all⦠she took the wrong order I had from me and threw it in the trash as though she was madā¦she was very rude and told me you can stand over there while I get your order rightā¦, no one was in the lobby or standing behind me to place an order. I was Uncomfortational and stood in the area even though I was being treated as if I did something wrong. Once my food came I told the gentleman thank you and he was very polite and said have a great day Cam ( darn I hate I didnāt get his name because he was really nice and I love his mannerism) and went to my car⦠noticing that I didnāt have my original receipt so I could put my points in on the app.. I went back inside to get my receipt but she said she could not give it to me because my replacement meal was a promo meal!!! LIKE WHAT????? I didnāt agree but I know if I pay for a meal I should be able to receive my points!! Cassandra was the name on the receipt⦠Iām not sure if that was her name because she kept covering it with the bag everytime I tried to get it or if it was the other young lady that was at the front counter..my food was hot and fresh but not the customer service wasnāt so great⦠maybe she was having a bad morningshrugs not sure but I refuse to mistreated because she was having...
