I came in and the whole experience was bizarre.
I walked into the Taco Bell and was not greeted. Okay that's understandable, maybe they were too busy to noticed us.
i ordered my food and was waiting at my table. 10 min go by and my food is placed on the counter. Okay but they forgot my drink.
So i stood there waiting to be asked what i was waiting on. I even tried to get there attention by making eye contact
3 crew members are in the back just keeping their head down and not acknowledging me.
The next few things proceed to happen within a span of 30 min.
Lady comes in because they messed up her order in the drive thru. Was not acknowledge til spoken up after 5 min.(i was still not acknowledge)
After waiting for 10 min, i took it as far as stepping to the back to grab a cup myself. Walk over to the soda machine... its down. Not working. (Turns out, the crew knew this already)
Man comes in to order and is also not acknowledge for 5 min. He gets upset and ask for a manager. Then they proceed to ask for a district manager contact because of how rude he thought not being acknowledge was. The manager (seemed to be a lady out of the 3 crew members) proceeded to dodge giving her name. Everyone else was complicit by ignoring the man. He began recording the interaction but nobody cared enough. He storms out after 3 min of going back and forth.
Another Man walks in and proceed to experience the exact same thing as the former guy who just left did. Nobody saying anything and just keeping their heads down and proceeding with work.
Doordasher comes in and same thing all over again.
IN A SPAN OF 30 MIN.
Now mind you, I'm not some out of touch boomer or anything.
But this approach to customer service is just not it. Maybe they had a bad day idk but someone on a corporate level NEEDS to get involved before it starts to get out of hand.
Oh, and the food was mid. But you know, when i go for taco bell, i'm not expecting 5 star treatment. But the bare minimum is acknowledgement...
Read moreI walked in to buy food for my mom on Jan. 2, 2024, at 5:45 p.m. no customers in the restaurant nor the drive-thru and 3 girls were at the counter chatting away and when I was about to place my order, they directed me to a kiosk to place my order. Just lazy with no concern for customer service is a big sign how much care will be going into my food also. No wonder no one was at the restaurant, especially during dinner time and should have automatically been a red flag to me for every restaurant around this restaurant and there is a lot was very busy. I went to Los Palomas restaurant down the street and got my mom something there instead, a little more money but at least they know how to treat their customers. Will not be coming back to this Taco Bell ever again, unless I am really desperate and want to be treated like dirt. Sending me to a kiosk, really! I felt like cattle with a number on my back with no concern whatsoever on giving their customer a great customer experience! Me being a retired professional chef, I very much know what I am talking about on how to treat customers, for that will either keep your doors open or close your...
Read moreCashier Ricardo M at 10:29 provided the absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced at this place of business. She attempted to overcharge me for my order & when I corrected her she began to be hostile. She handed me 4 drinks with no cup holder (wasn't offered so I had to ask). Once she handed me my food I realized there was no sauce in the bag. Before I could ask for it she proceeded to close the drive through window and walk away. She didn't return to the window until 8-10 minutes later and just stared at me through the glass. When I motioned for help she finally opened the window and just stood there. I then asked if I could get a sauce and was met with laughter from her and a second crew member. When I checked my food it appeared to have an unfamiliar smell that I didn't recognize so I could not even attempt to eat my food. I feel as if my meal had been compromised. I would not recommend having her as a representative/employee for this company. She clearly doesn't have the capacity to deliver the bare minimum of customer service. If zero stars was an option, she...
