I give this place a 1 star. I decided to go to Dunkin Donuts on Culebra hoping to get a better experience, but turns out I didn't get what I wanted on Culebra Rd.. The young girl in the drive through bless her soul looked overwhelmed, but had gotten my order wrong. I asked for a dozen donuts. I asked for 2 blueberry, 2 old fashioned donuts, 3 chocolate frosted donuts & the rest filled cherry or strawberry powder donuts. Instead I got 6 powder donuts instead of filled. If she didn't have what I was asking for. She should of let me know. Instead she gave me whatever she felt. Anyway, I got home immediately realized the order was wrong & called the MGR. Jorge at Culebra & Potranco. He wanted me to go all the way back to take him the whole box of donuts to correct what was messed up. I told him that I live far. He said, that the only way he be able to do it. He didn't take my name and number. Nothing! I felt it was handle unprofessionally. It's not all the time I go to Dunkin donuts. All this was an inconvenience for me. My time, and my gas, not to mention waiting in drive thru for 10 to 15 minutes. I went there hoping to get better service, because the DunkinDonuts on Potranco/151 was a unpleasant experience. I order a dozen donuts, and got home. My family chose the donut they wanted to eat. My Son yelled there's a long hair on my donut!! The hair was inside the donut hanging from there to my Son's mouth, and immediately my Son started gagging and vomiting. We didnt complaint. We let it go. Then for some reason my husband comes home with another box of Dunkin Donuts from the same location on Potranco. He figured what are the odds of it happening again a few days apart. Again, my son chose the donut he wanted along with the rest of the family and there was a hair in the coconut donut he bit into. This time it was a short dark hair. There he goes again throwing up. I called this time and let them know what had happened! They replaced it with no problem. Even the drinks they gave us. Because we had ordered drinks also, and they gave us the whole order free. Only this time I told my kids not to bite into it. Just to take a piece at a time and look at it b4 they eat it. This time the batch was good. But, this guy Jorge on Culebra/410 wants me to take the whole donuts back. I live by Medina base. As it is I waste a lot of gas to take my daughter to Work. I stopped on my way back. But, it's ok. I'm not going back to Dunkin Donuts again. I rather go to a bagel place instead or go try Shipley Donuts. I'm not wasting my time, gas and money going back. So, my experience was totally bad. I would give Dunkin Donuts a no star, but since it won't let me. A 1 star will do. Sorry, Dunkin Donuts on Potranco. I know, you all tried to make it easy for me. But, the story has to be told. The girl on the phone on Potranco told me that it was their first time hearing about what I explained. That it never happened!! But, people you need to leave your reviews. Read moreVery disappointed I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee and two jelly donuts I asked for two creams and one sugar my sister orderd the new pumpkin drink when they gave me my order my jelly donuts were very plain it barely had jelly in it and when I took a sip of my French vanilla iced coffee I did not taste any cream or sugar also didn't taste any kind of vanilla at all I asked for four creams on the side for me and my family the lady walked away fast and barely started making my sisters pumpkin drink that my sister had been waiting for she waited for a good 15 minutes even though we were the only ones in the building and didn't even order that much I was telling the lady in the blue that I assume is the manager not to add four creams to my sisters drink because that's what it look like she was doing she ignored me and did it anyway when she gave me my sisters drink I asked if I can get my four creams the employee got annoyed and asked if I wanted four creams on the side I told her yes my sister asked nicely if the employee can remake her drink because she didn't want four creams in her pumpkin drink the employee remade and brought my sisters pumpkin drink back with still no creams on the side when I asked for the creams she walked away as I was talking to her I kept calling for her she finally turned around and said we don't have any cream after waiting 20 minutes she decided to tell me they have no cream she could've told me that the first time i asked for the creams and also how are you a coffee shop but don't have any cream? My sister was fed up with the employees attitude and was demanding for the creams that I asked for the employee informed us "they're limited with the creams" that is not our fault I paid for iced coffee with cream and she messed up my sisters order by adding four creams to her drink when i specifically said four creams on the side the employee went to the back and just gave us a cup of milk it was straight up milk I did not taste any French vanilla at all never coming back to this...
Read moreToday, 2/14/2024, is the 3rd time this week ( 3 days in a row) that this location did not have something I ordered, and all 3 times, I left without completing the order. Additionally, every week, for the last 3 months, this location has not had what I asked for at least once per week, sometimes twice. I go an average of 3-4 times in a week but after today, they've officially lost my business. First, they didn't have medium cups so they made me a medium iced coffee and poured it into a large cup. That's offensive. I asked why they wouldn't just fill it up since it's their fault for the inconvenience, and they said, "...because you only paid for a medium." Since this is the case, GIVE ME A MEDIUM CUP! Medium cups are unavailable at least once a week and it's been this way for the last 3 months. In this case, they need to order more medium than large...especially considering they ALWAYS run out. Today, they did not have any sugar. What coffee shop runs out of sugar? Not even liquid cane sugar was available. I felt bad for the guy who took my order because I could tell he felt bad when I told him to cancel my order. Again, this has been happening at least once per week- which is 33-50% of the time. That is a high probability that this place will not have what I want. Whoever is handling inventory needs a new job. They are not placing orders early enough it seems. I hope they don't blame the suppliers either. They need to add 2 weeks in advance to the time that supplies are ordered.
