I love “Freddy’s” but I have to write this location OFF. The last time I went, I came through drive thru and the young girl in the drive thru was as rude as can be. I can hear her huffing, puffing and rolling her eyes at me as soon as I started ordering. I asked for a triple steak combo which for some reason wasn’t on the menu and right away she huffed and was like “which combo would you like sir?” And I was trying to find it on the menu and I said “I don’t see it on here anymore but you guys have a triple steak burger combo that’s what I want” and she puffs again and pauses and she goes “sir we have combos 1,2,3 etc which would you like?” And I said “I don’t want any of those. I guess do I have to order a double and add a patty?” And she just paused and said “ok so you would like a number 1 what would you like to drink with that?” And I said “no I want the one with 3 meats. You guys don’t have a triple?” And THIS is where I can “hear” the eye roll and she pauses. Im waiting for a response and I don’t even remember what she said after that I said “you know what, never mind” and backed tf out of that drive thru and left. Now fast forward to Wednesday night, I’m at work, I decide to order delivery for my lunch hour, but I work overnight so my lunch is after Freddy’s closes. So I order ahead of time. Well apparently if you’re not ordering it ASAP, it’ll ask you what time you want it and once you set the time and place your order, it tells you TOMORROW. I don’t need it tomorrow. So now I have to cancel the order. I call and they take forever to pick up, only to tell me I have to call DOORDASH even thought I order off the effing Freddy’s app. I call doordash, I get a text saying the order is cancelled. The next day I get a message right before they’re about to close saying my order is confirmed and will be delivered! So now I have to call doordash again, cancel, again. Same thing. I get a message and doordash saying they’re refunding me. Then I get another message saying the order is being delivered . Doordash tried calling, no answer, I tried calling, no answer.

Read moreWoman taking our order was rude and impatient and yet has to ask us to repeat what we wanted several times because she was too busy having no time for us and not paying attention. We should have taken that as our indication of how things would go. We spent the next 25-30 minutes stuck in a line of cars that we could not get out of due to the curbed drive-thru lane. Only after the customer in front of us (who sat at the window for 15 mins) asked what was we taking them so long did they suggest he should maybe pull forward and wait for them to bring him his order in the parking lot. Apparently everyone else’s food had been sitting there while he sat at the window, as evidenced by the pileup of bags and drinks at the window, as well as the fact that out fries were cold and our custards melted. Worst of all (well, maybe) was the fact that someone SIGNIFICANTLY over-salted the fries. I’ve had fries at other Freddy’s locations and these were not recognizable in comparison. Besides that fact, I LOVE salty foods and typically add more myself, but these were pure NaCl. Quite unenjoyable to the point where we “called it” and opted not to continue eating these otherwise delectable cold fries. Finally, we were handed our food after all that waiting and then the cashier walked away without giving us our drinks so I had to wave like an idiot for a while to get someone’s attention so we could finally get our drinks and go. After all that, when we finally get on the road, we realize there are no napkins in the bag… which only made the salt situation even worse. Read moreAmazing food. I rated 2 stars because the past 2 times (several times before that) I ordered for carryout from the mobile app, I never get the correct food. This most recent time, the burger I got was $4 less than what I paid. They also make the custards before the food is ready, so by the time you get home, the custard is soft. I finally had to write the corporate office after speaking with the manager both times. Neither time did the manager offer any sort of compensation. I was told the order was right, and I should have returned it to the store for a replacement. Uhhh, what? So I need to drive back to the restaurant while my family either eats without me, or they wait for me to return and eat cold/warm food. Yes sir, I have learned my lesson. I'll go across the street to raising canes where I get the correct order every time. Granted it's not a burger, but it'll suffice. I was the first person to order this store. I was waiting outside the day of the grand opening. Every birthday in recent years is spent eating at a freddy's. I really hope they start to get things right. I won't stop eating here, but I won't go as often. I also hate the idea of checking my food before leaving the restaurant. But I guess that's what I'll have to start doing.
