Stopped by around 4:45 PM for a late lunch and ordered a #9 combo (Club Supreme) on white bread, regular size, with a drink and a cookie.
First issue—no cookies. Not a huge deal, so I took a brownie instead. But really—no cookies? You’ve got one job!
I asked for a large drink. The cashier asked if I wanted bottled or brewed tea, and I said “brewed, of course.” Apparently, he didn’t catch that I said large drink while standing 12 inches from him. So I grabbed a large cup and went to the tea station—only to find unsweet tea and some odd watermelon sweet tea. Three other Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to always have regular sweet tea too. I come here specifically for the brewed tea, so that was a letdown.
I switched over to the fountain drinks and chose Pepsi. It tastes… off. Like diet or cherry? I finally ask, and the staff admits it’s wild cherry Pepsi, even though none of the dispensers are labeled that way. Why even have cherry Pepsi in the building there is not a dispenser for it? How lazy do you have to be to not make a sign that says Cherry Pepsi? I settled for a root beer which tasted bad, some brand names Stubborn I think.
I get my sandwich and brownie, head to the truck, and start eating—only to find it’s the wrong sandwich. Some kind of Italian sub with salami. Definitely not a #9. I said "Club Supreme" clearly. #9 is the same at every Jersey Mike’s.
As for the brownie? Nearly raw. Mushy, undercooked, and inedible. Took one bite and tossed it.
I didn’t go back in to complain—I just chalked it up to a wasted visit. This location isn’t near me anyway, so I won’t be back.
To sum it up:
No sweet tea No cookies Under baked brownie Wrong sandwich Soda not properly marked Staff not listening during order
Just a strange, frustrating experience all around.
Cookies — These are baked fresh daily in‑store, with no outside supplier involved
Brownies — These are sourced from David’s Cookies (the same well-known brand found at places like Chick‑fil‑A), and then baked fresh daily in each location. So your brownie comes premixed from David’s Cookies and is then freshly baked at the store. The cookies, meanwhile, are made from scratch daily at the restaurant.
Apparently whose ever job it is to bake the sweets is napping and...
Read moreSo I’ve never had this issue at any other Jersey Mike’s that I’ve been at.
I was craving a Philly cheesesteak so bad from JM. I called to place an order ahead of time at 8:30pm. They do close at 9, so I figured I’d call in advance and pick it up since I live 8 mins away. First call I make as I’m walking out of the house, it rings and rings for about a solid minute or two. I try a second time finally got an answer and something in the tone of the persons voice sounded like I was an inconvenience that I called.
Told her that I wanted to place an order for pickup and she proceeded to tell me that they aren’t serving any hot sandwiches 30 mins prior to closing. Never have I had an issue like that at other locations. Usually 8-8:30 is when I grab food because of my work schedule. If the place closes at 9 they should be serving food till 9, then do their closing tasks after they close.
Ended up settling with...
Read moreAs soon as my husband (who is a vet and a police officer) walked in 5 teenagers stared at him and didn’t bother to say anything or even help him out. After standing around waiting he said can I get help- a younger Asian boy with the worst attitude came to help. He had his AirPods in the entire time, and said what do you want; what else do you want; he had such a bad attitude we almost just left. I had to ask for a receipt. I wanted to know the name of the kid that helped in order to speak to someone higher up about this problem with their staff being rude- so I called the store- 18 times and no one answered. Obviously. I will not be back. I posted a picture of my receipt so the name and time is on there for a manger or owner to hopefully see because there’s no other way of contacting anyone there. Lost our business and will be telling others about not coming to...
