Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service**
I am writing to express my outrage over the appalling customer service I received at your drive-through recently. I ordered two meals and a Sonic toy for my child, which was the main reason for my visit. After paying, I didn’t take the receipt, and to my shock, a manager approached the second window in an aggressive manner demanding to see it.
When I explained that I didn’t have the receipt, he further escalated the situation by asking for my bag back and then started digging through it to retrieve the toy as if I had done something wrong. This behavior was not only unprofessional but completely unnecessary. I had no idea why he needed the food back that I had already paid for.
This isn’t the first time I’ve faced issues with my orders at this location, and I’ve always brushed it off, but this experience crossed the line. I can’t help but wonder if I would have received the same aggressive treatment if I were a white woman. It's disheartening to think that customer service could vary based on race.
I am extremely frustrated and will never return to this location again. I deserve to be treated with respect, and what I experienced was far from that. This needs to be addressed. I spoke to Zane which claimed he was the on-duty manager. He didn't want to give me the staff members name or his name. Very...
Read moreDid an online order via the app and when I arrived the app kept saying “looks like you aren’t here yet” so that was annoying. Went inside to pick up instead. I think he was the manager, but at first I thought he was a customer (?) but he was yelling and telling the kitchen workers “there’s someone in line”, “this person has been waiting a long time” and other things but not in a way that seems helpful. Like a person barking frustrated orders. In a way people don’t respond well to basically. I prefer online ordering bc I like to customize my order, basically i added Mayo and cheese to a Homestyle and I don’t like screaming that into the outside box. My order, ok first they forgot the frappe. Then they forgot the apple juice. Then I got a sweet tea instead of a coke. But my burger was so disgusting. I know it’s not going to look like the menu or what it looks like on tv but c’mon man!! I didn’t eat it. The fries were over salted, which I never thought could happen at a McDonald’s. I will most likely just get canes next time or Chick-fil-A if I’m...

Update 12/3/24: My eldest daughter visited this location today and ordered 2 McRibs. The manager who was working the drive-thru (Order #1277) proceeded to ask my daughter if she really needs two McRibs. Mind you, the manager is overweight. Her job is take orders, not make snide remarks. If you are not a people person, service jobs are not for you. If you are having a bad day, do not take it out on the customer. It's called professionalism.
Previously 5 Stars: Staff was very friendly...even when I asked for a toy after ordering online and mistakenly selected no Happy Meal toy. I also love how this location has a 3rd window where you can wait for your food. This helps when you have an impatient toddler who thinks it's time to go once we leave the...
