Update: 9/12/25 – 6:30 PM

This location would benefit from improved coordination in the drive-thru experience. At the time of my visit, two staff members were taking orders. There were two vehicles ahead of me when orders were being taken. My vehicle and another were next in line. However, after assisting the second vehicle, one staff member bypassed both my vehicle and the one next to me to take an order from a customer positioned two cars behind us.

When it was finally my turn, the staff member did not initiate communication. I had to engage first by asking, “Let me know when you’re ready.” Only then was my order taken.

The confusion continued at the pick-up window. A staff member was stationed outside taking orders, but the order of the vehicle three cars behind me was ready, while the vehicle at the window was still waiting. This created noticeable frustration. To add to the situation, the staff member at the window addressed me in a very upset and rude tone, asking, “What’s your name!” While I understand that the environment can be hectic and stressful, customers should not be on the receiving end of such treatment.

I want to emphasize that I am a strong advocate for employing teens and young adults, and I respect the challenges that come with these jobs. Professionalism and respectful communication, however, must be core elements of staff training. I strive to remain polite, respectful, and mindful of others, and I believe these values should be consistently reinforced in the workplace.

In fairness, I do not place full responsibility on the staff alone. Management plays a key role in ensuring staff are adequately trained in coordination, customer service, and professionalism. Additionally, attention to the mental and emotional well-being of employees is critical. Recognizing signs of stress and frustration, and providing the support needed to manage it, will go a long way toward improving both employee morale and...

Seriously one of the best chicken fingers you will find when you are out to eat. Whether it be fast food/specialty burger joints or even seated dine-in restaurants included, I firmly believe Canes’ has been consistently “leading the pack” so to speak 😉! Let me not forget to mention the unique special “Canes’ sauce”. I’ll share my opinion on ingredients: traces of thousand island dressing, ranch dressing and perhaps tiny splash of honey mustard/splash of lime to give it that perfect balance of tang. Careful not to drink too much after all it is a mystery sauce and flavor that BIG could be combustible.......just kidding dip until your hearts content because they give generous servings and there’s plenty for the fries too which are NEXT LEVEL delish when dipped in canes sauce. In other words-do not skimp just DIP in less you prefer them plain & seriously never thought I would admit this but here the chicken does NOT taste bad dry!!!!!.......Not over cooked chewy chicken fingers or meat so dry not even a full glass of water can wash down a single bite. They have really cornered the market on tender white meat, juicy flavorful chicken strips, crinkle cut fries 🍟 & they have a full dinner box that includes Cole slaw but they allow substitute if you steer clear of all slaws except the freshly chopped kind like me. We are grateful this Aliana locale opened up in recent years because it’s a blessing as far as I’m concerned having locations within the communities which we live/work/commute/educate provides added benefits/perks that develop from school & youth sports partnerships!!!! Canes are the real MVP’s thx to their generosity, Most Canes locations are supporters in the communities they serve and we are truly grateful they made their way and hopefully always...

normally i have a good experience every time i go. but this time was my worst experience at canes and i will not be returning. the tenders they gave me were all small and about the size of half a tender. the fries were unsalted and i asked them to salt my fries. the service has completely gone down. when i pulled up to the window the girl handed me the wrong size drink and when i told her she had an attitude about fixing it. and her and another working had the window open and they were being messy and having a completely inappropriate conversation in front of me and not working. i tried to get there attention to ask for hot sauce and i was ignored after the worker looked at me and once the worker gave me the hot sauce she slammed the window in my face. i had to come back and ask them to give me bigger tenders because they were not full sized. and when i walked in nobody wanted to help me they were all just standing around. and the young lady that did help me also had a little attitude and another worker came up behind her and asked was my tenders actually small. which they were because when i got my food fixed the tenders were double the side like they normally are. i will not be back because of their terrible service. as a customer i don’t want to spend my money somewhere with bad service. and as a customer i try not to make the workers job harder then it already is i was polite even through the...

I have been to this Raising Cane's several times while visiting family. The restaurant is always busy between dinner and later evening. Sometimes, the drive thru line wraps around the restaurant completely. We always get the chicken fingers which have never disappointed. Maybe due to the traffic, the chicken fingers are fresh and hot. The light batter is inviting, but doesn't overwhelm the meat ratio. The chicken fingers were a perfect vehicle for the cane sauce. Yes, get the cane sauce! The krinkle-cut fries remind me to wonder why so few restaurants have krinkle-cut fries. The extra surface area gives more crispy opportunities while keeping the interior tender and potato-y. Personally, Raising Cane's fries are one of my top tier fast food fries. We are happy to have Raising Cane's not too far away so we can grab a meal whenever we have the hunger for their food.

The parking spaces at this location are very narrow. If two regular sized SUVs park next to each other, there's pretty much no way to open the door to get out. I'm petite so weight isn't the issue. The food portion is SMALL. I understand COVID did a number on many restaurants but this is ridiculous. Aside from the tenders being smaller in width and shorter in length, they seemed to have sliced their toasts as well. Two toasts now equal the size of one full toast back then. I ordered and paid online. My food was left on the unmanned shelf right as you enter the restaurant. Any random person entering the restaurant could grab the food and go. I feel this location chose revenues over customers based on my above observations.
