Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Texas

Let me start this off by saying canes is my favorite fast food place by a LONG shot. I’ve never been to this location before but I have been to others countless times.

Attitude: The girl that greeted us and took our order was very kind and pleasant, took our order and we moved on to the window. We asked for hot sauce and got 1 hot sauce for 3 meals which was disappointing but I don’t really care. We were given 2 of the 3 meals we ordered and while waiting for the third the girl inside the window gave us a nasty look and attitude, we told her that we were missing a meal which she had in her hand and she handed it to us. (This I can deal with and don’t really expect 5 star restaurant service, I go to canes for the food, so it is what it is)

the food: One of the meals got an extra finger which was nice, however it didn’t make up for the disgusting frys that were unsalted and soggy as if they were dunked in water or were from the day before. The breading on the chicken was just as soggy. I plan on giving this location one more chance because I understand things happen but this was seriously gross. Seemed like all the food was warmed up the day before then frozen over night, then warmed up again.

Overall I’m giving a two star rating for now and will change my review if I feel it’s better the next time. If it isn’t, I will most likely just not eat canes or if I really want it will take the extra time to drive to another location just to avoid how soggy...

Decide to come with my children to canes since we love the sauce and my brother use to own this franchise. The 1st thing I notice was the ordering drive thru really nice but 2 people where arguing and almost hit each other and us. As we walked in someone yelled welcome to Canes or whatever. 😢 Disappointing ... Came to the register and order the kids meal and the 3 finger meal. The young lady must of been having a bad day or was ready to go. Very disappointing in her attitude. The food was fast as soon as we stepped out to get a drink they had our order ready which was awesome. Most of the tables where dirty so we wiped one off with the wipes that were left out and sat down. Enjoyed our meal but the place was a bit dirty and the rest room had water or some kind of substance all over the floor told 1 of the employees hopefully they cleaned it after we left. Other than that the food was great but the service and atmosphere were horrible. Not sure if we will...

This might be the worst canes ever. On one occasion in the drive through, I thought I paid for my own food but once they gave me my food they said "Oh actually we need payment, your card didn't go through" and I thought okay, and presented my card again it went through and it was fine. I checked my bank account later, I had 2 charges. One for my meal ($11) and another for $30. The store said they couldn't help me (lol). They also forget things all the time, sauce, special instructions, etc. I went to pick up my order and they said it's not ready yet, mind you I had placed my order about 15 mins earlier and they're usually very quick. They made me wait saying it's not ready yet. Turns out my order was indeed ready and they made me wait for no reason, it was literally behind them on the counter they just didn't check. What sucks the most is i'm sure the employees are all working as hard as they can but management refuses to...
