Only my second visit to this location, but food was very satisfying. Drive thru was a bit slow, but my order was ready as soon as I pulled up to the window. I would recommend just going in to pick up mobile orders to avoid being stuck behind new orders that can jam up the drive thru line. First impression of opening up the food wasn't anything special, but I will say the flavors and quality made up for the plain appearance. I tried the Pick 2 to try the pizza, and while the amount of pepperoni was almost nonexistent, the sourdough crust, sauce, and cheese more than made up for it. I was much more impressed after eating it and enjoyed it quite a bit. The sandwich was just The Original, and was supposed to be on jalapeno cheddar bread, but I think this was just the regular bread. Still very good, even if the edges seemed a bit dry/tough. I found that I really liked the overall flavor and texture better than expected too. Well balanced meats and veg, and just the right amount of sauce. The prices seem just a tad high for what you get, but I'm definitely satisfied and ended up enjoying it more than I thought. Would recommend if you're looking for something different than the other sandwich or pizza places in the area.

Well, the first thing I said was what kind of bread & that didn't happen, then asked for extra onion & that didn't happen either... hubby didn't ask for anything extra & three times the onion - I got a single ring... apparently they don't understand what extra means... then in opening up the sandwich I see the core of the lettuce head sliced & served like I'm supposed to eat that, oh & it's turning pinkish red too, as if it's been there a while.... looked at the tables in the dining area only to see they all needed to be wiped off... so, the reason for this single star review is to tell everyone that if you go down the road, can even do it in the adjoining parking lots & go to the POTBELLY that you actually get what you order & they're happy to make it - the way you order it & their people actually clean the tables off between patrons... it's definitely worth passing this one up if you like a clean place to eat & like to eat what you ordered instead of what they bring you... with a smashed flat pickle they call a spear lol

This is now my favorite Schlotzsky's. They are open Monday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.. Most locations have hours that would make a banker blush. The food and service were at least as good as any other Schlotzsky's I've ever found. The dining room was large, attractive, and clean, yes, clean. The restroom was clean and they had a small temporary soap dispenser on the lavatory. Unfortunately they were out of paper towels and had no dryer, so I couldn't give them 5 stars ... this time. They have a large outdoor dining area on the east side of the building so it's actually comfortable by late afternoon or early evening. They have a drive-up window with a rain covered speaker that actually works and a menu that you can actually see and read. Even well-marked handicap ramps on both sidewalks. Wow, now this really is a Schlotzsky's, ... the way they should be.

I have been eating Schlotzsky's for years. Never before had problems. I have even ordered from this location several times without issue. Came in towards closing time this week to eat in with a friend. The person taking our order had no idea what the terms "extra crispy or extra hot" meant. My friend ordered the French dip sandwich. When her sandwich came out there were no caramelized onions on it, when we asked for them to put them on the sandwich we were told "it doesn't come with onions" when we assured them we had ordered it before & came with onions we were told "it's not supposed too". We pointed to the menu picture on the wall that showed onions on the sandwich we were told "well I don't know nothing about that". The cook proceeded to say he couldn't make the onions because they would be slimy, we affirmed this was okay. The onions brought we were told the cook had pulled from the French dip pot & reheated. When we said those were not the onions for the sandwich, next we got purple onions the cook had charred on the grill. While we could have been fine & walked away anyway next the cook & other person decided to stand in the doorway to the kitchen & say things like "yeah she got her onions" & "some of these people be crazy". I will be following up with management because for the cost I find this service totally unacceptable. If you want to take a chance at this location...

“gross food and ghetto staff” should be this location’s motto. every time we come to this location (the 1960 champions location closed permanently), there’s ALWAYS an issue. let me first start off by saying idk what the dress code is for staff here but i don’t think it’s 2” shorts and super tight t-shirts. when girls started walking from the back to the eating area yelling and joking around, i thought they were random people/customers. completely unprofessional. i ordered 4 sandwiches and good thing i checked my food before i left bc i only had 3 sandwiches in my bag. when my boyfriend went back in, he respectfully told a girl that it appeared they forgot our turkey bacon club. idk the girl’s name but she’s around 5’3, really slim, and she’s got a rose tattoo behind her right upper arm. she took our order originally & was the ONLY nice person WILLING to correct any issue. there were 2 loud mouthed white girls in the back who kept making loud & unnecessary comments; so my boyfriend then offered to retrieve the food bags from our vehicle to prove that one of our sandwiches were actually missing. the lady with the rose tattoo was trying to diffuse the situation and offered to make our sandwich herself. when i got home, we saw that my sandwich was completely wrong… also, our bread was “toasted” but it (and the rest of the sandwich)...

We were excited this restaurant opened in Spring several years ago but we hardly ever go because even though the same winters are good they are expensive and the service is horrible. Tonight was the last straw. They sent me a push notification for buy 1 get 1 free entree. I ordered on the app like I'm supposed to after several technical issues. When I got to the restaurant I got out of the car because I had checked pick up in lobby. Sugn on the door that said lobby closed go to drive up. Went to drive up 3 other cars in front of me. Finally got to the order board nobody ever came on. Another car in front of me sat at the window for 10 minutes. When he left I saw he small sign that appear to be written by someone from kindergarten that said sorry closed not enough staff. Question one with all the technology to day why can't you update your app to show that you're close so you don't collect people's money and not provide them any food. That's theft. 2nd question why did your lobby signs say the drive-in was open when it wasn't. Still wondering why the guy in front of me sat there for 10 minutes and didn't drive off. 10 minutes I will never get back. Don't go to the store. If I want slots keys again I will go to Kirkundal and 2920 because the manager there is very professional and their...
