Smoothie King selections are much more appropriate for what I am looking for. Unfortunately, this location Didn't Do It For Me. Why? Service was outrageous. I went through the drive thru to order two drinks. I requested if they could split one drink into two cups and they said they needed to charge me. I asked them if I could just do it myself and they said they wanted to charge me for the cups. I've gone to Smoothie King multiple times and I've never gotten charged for an extra cup. Whatever, $0.25 isn't so bad. So whenever I pulled up I just said I would like to purchase a cup. She took my money and close the door. The gentleman who gave me the drink kind of just looked at me and walked away after I told him I would like a cup. I was waiting at the window for about 5 minutes. no one was acknowledging me and the woman who took my order finally came out after I knocked on the window. I told her I wanted to purchase a cup already and still, she looked at me dumbfoundedly. Not sure what the whole issue was but drive-thrus are supposed to be very convenient. Although it took a while for me to get my drinks, it took a long time to get a cup. Cup is nothing that needs to be made just taken at the station. We ordered online and went to store on Hyw 6@529 to pickup, went to door but it was locked so when we knocked on door “Eddie” clearly appeared to be frustrated, upset, negative, bad attitude and yelled that it was closed and said drive through as he gave a very nasty look to us. We went through drive through and as we got to the window he had the same ugly demeanor, he opened the window and stared at us, didn’t say anything, not a hello, good evening, welcome to SK. He didn’t want to talk and I guess expect us to greet him so we said hi, we are here are here for an online order and he shuts the window, still not a word. Read moreI was in the drive thru today Sunday July 28 and the yard maintenance crew was on the property. They were using the blower around the speaker and I could not hear so I pulled up to the window to order. When a woman came to the window she asked me to pull around and order from the speaker because the person behind me already ordered. I'm not sure where the customer service was in this situation. I wonder if the owner/GM knows this is going on. I have been going to this location over 2 years. I also previously went to the location by Fajita Willies off 529.
I'm appalled at the behavior of the woman who came to the window. She was unprofessional and uncaring. I guess this is what customer service has turned into. I remember a nice crew of young people who were working at this location.
Please respond to this review. I don't think the owner/GM knows what is going on.
