KFC — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Horrible Horrible Horrible place and service , I FOUND INSECTS INSIDE MY BOWL OF CHICKEN !!! ..... It looked like a cockroach... There were two of them .... , I called first , no help at all , So I returned with my family to claim a refund .. , all I wanted was a refund , I arrived and as expected they all looked at me , nobody asked for service, until I got closer , I told them and then they all got confused... we talk to a guy , that they said was the manager , he said it wasn’t a cockroach but a fly ... and that there’s always insects flying around and that they could’ve fallen on the food ... , he told us we could get another "clean" bucket with the side dishes, we didn’t want food we wanted a refund, we asked several times for a refund and he kept saying that he couldn’t, he said we could come back another day and get food , we weren’t convinced, but we didn’t want to act or saying nothing bad ... , so we left and talked outside the restaurant... we weren’t happy about the situation,so we went back and demanded a refund he said no , and finally he said if we had a receipt.... which the whole time we had the first time. And FINALLY at last ,we got our money back ... , which we wanted since the beginning. Just a really horrible service , disgusted , I could stay silenced, just double check your food and don’t hesitate to do the right thing . And I wouldn’t even give them a 1 Star .... but there isn’t a...

First I ordered in the drive through. I asked for my total and the man said " I'll tell you at the window". Okay, no problem. When I get to the window he tells me my total and I pay. Instead of giving me my receipt and change he tells me to drive up and wait. Okay. he'll give me my receipt and change when he brings out my order, I was thinking. Well, after 5 cars behind me had received there food and drove off I decided to go in and see what the holdup was. Went in and asked about my order and saw that 2 more cars had gotten their order and drove off. I finally got my food but no drinks so I had to tell him what I ordered. After getting the full order, I asked for my receipt but never got my change. By that time, 10 cars have passed through with their orders. I got a duplicate receipt.Oh, when I walked in I noticed my order sitting on the counter in a bag. Anyways, I left quickly because my husband only had an hour lunch break and I had all ready wasted too much time waiting. My order was 2 Fill Up Boxes and a side order of Coleslaw. When I got home, the food was cool not hot or warm and the cookies were not included. I've never had any trouble at any other KFC, but this is unacceptable. The man needs proper training and a better attitude when dealing...

Came in for my lunch break and asked for a Mac and cheese bowl which they said they don't sell anymore. So l asked for just a side of mac and cheese and a side of popcorn chicken. They gave me a bowl of what looked like nothing but gravy and corn and when I went back to ask for the right thing they told me they don't even sell Mac and cheese anymore at all. So I said okay well I don't want this I don't even like gravy. They did nothing to fix the issue. No refund no offer of replacing it with anything else. Why is there still Mac and cheese on the menu if they don't offer it at all anymore? And why are they lying to customers faces and scamming them for their money? This is the first time l've been here in months and now I remember why I stopped coming here.

Old review: Got a mac and cheese bowl with fries and popcorn chicken. Chicken was great, well seasoned, and fresh. Fries, not so much, but that’s okay because the customer service was great and the lady working the drive thru saved me a few bucks by ringing up the fries and chicken as a kids meal.
