I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life. After picking up my order from the store and driving home I realized that the 12 piece chicken and 6 piece biscuits were missing. After returning to the store and telling them this I was addressed by the fry cook/ manager, Johnny. I was told that he made the order himself and I definitely received the items in question and argued with me about what I received. After explaining to him again that I didn’t not receive either a bucket or a box of biscuits (the rest of my order was one of the box combos and sides in a sealed bag) he said this wasn’t going to be on him and started screaming through the store towards the back while making a phone call. No indication of any resolution of my problem. The cashier who seemed to be terrified of his behavior told me that I would need to resolve this with him and avoided eye contact. After about 10 minutes of waiting for Johnny to return from the back he shouted at the other fry cook to drop more chicken and started to take care of the order. When I was finally given the items Johnny stated “the owner agrees that it was your responsibility to check your order before leaving as it is the same as a DoorDash driver.” There is not a single other fast food restaurant I have ever been to where I have been told that if I left the premises I would not be given the food I paid for. Every other restaurant ever will take care of the customer and replace the missing items without hesitation and without shouting about the customer being a liar. I will definitely be avoiding this location and advising everyone I know to avoid this location until Johnny is no longer there. Popeyes is about 2 minutes down the road and I’m sure I’m going to drive 30 minutes to another location until I hear that this location has improved. WORSE CUSTOMER...
Read moreFirst time at this location. I ordered a 12 piece grilled all dark. Told they did not have enough prepared would be a 30 minute. So I went over to Walmart. When I returned my order was ready. Got home chicken was not cooked throughly and my order was not all dark. I called and a young lady took my name and number the manager was busy. Three hours later still no call. I call back and was able to speak with another manager. She tells me that I would have to bring the chicken back in order to get a refund. I tell her that I do not live close by. But again she tells me they need the chicken returned. This is totally ridiculous especially since they can't do nothing with the chicken. Called back on 12/6 spoke with a lady manager. I was told that is my OPINION that chicken was uncooked. Again told I would have to come in with chicken and receipt. I don't live close to the location and I threw chicken away. Again she tells me it is company policy. She then tells me just to come on with the receipt. But I was told earlier you need receipt and chicken. It appears to me policy is changed...
Read moreI should have known better but we were in a hurry and had missed lunch . To start , we were rushed at the drive thru as we looked over the menu . Sounded like she said “ do you need help with the menu” , overlooked that . Once our order was placed the food came out really fast . I remember thinking, that was almost too fast. I opened my chicken sandwich and it was cold . I don’t mean not hot , I mean COLD as in ice cold. I went into the store and there were no customers there . I found that strange but started to understand. Four or five employees stood there looking at with a surprised look as if , how dare you complain. I asked for a refund to my credit card . They fumbled around with it . The manager said she couldn’t give a receipt showing the refund but offered me to go get my phone and take a picture of her copy. I was so disgusted that I just wanted out of there . I’ve yet to see a refund on my CC . It’s all good , I’ll pay the cost to learn , I’ll never sit foot in another KFC again .
