Letâs start with the foodâbecause wow, itâs incredible. The menu is packed with flavorful options, from perfectly grilled steaks and juicy burgers to fresh seafood and hearty Tex-Mex dishes. The portions are generous, and every bite is packed with flavor. Donât even get me started on their ice-cold beer selection and signature cocktailsâperfect for pairing with their famous appetizers like the loaded queso or crispy onion rings.
But what truly sets Willie's apart is the outstanding service, and a huge shoutout goes to Oscar, one of the managers. Oscar is the epitome of professionalism and hospitality. He goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and taken care of. During my visit, he personally checked in on our table, offered fantastic recommendations, and even made sure our dietary preferences were accommodated. His attention to detail and genuine care for the dining experience is what keeps customers coming back.
The staff at Willie's is clearly well-trained, and it shows in their friendly, efficient service. The restaurant is always clean, and the ambiance strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed.    Read moreMy name is Rickey Carter. I just returned home from receiving a pickup order from the hwy 6 location. I ordered through DoorDash and upon arrival I called in and was instructed to come in and get my order. I was a bit confused as to why I had to go in to retrieve this order and I purchased for pick up. I am disabled and in no way a door dash driver. When I go in I ask the cashier named Steven why do I have to come in to get my order and he says well youâre paying about 20% more through DoorDash and he started laughing I didnât in any way see what was funny about that and regardless of what I spent I am still a customer paying into your company. Then I told him I wasnât asking about that and asked him also not to be funny with me because Iâm not concerned with the 20%. He told me that because I did not order straight through Willieâs itâs not considered take out. He then goes to get the manager who tells me the same thing about the 20%. I told them that I would contact corporate because of the way they were laughing and being rude about the situation. A young lady named yami laughed when I said that as if me contacting someone to help with this was funny. I asked her not to laugh cause she would be reported as well. Still no answer as to why Iâm treated differently because I ordered through DoorDash. I still spent my money with your establishment. I asked the manager for their names and she was reluctant but gave me a card with everyoneâs name and she also found it hilarious when I said I would contact someone higher up than her because they grossly mishandled the whole situation. I donât know if corporate is a joke to them but definitely not a good look for the establishment. I frequently go to the northwest freeway location in jersey village and it has never been an issue with them bringing the order to the vehicle. Not to mention they made sure to reiterate that I overpaid...
Read moreDO NOT PATRON THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND WANT TO RECEIVE WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I should have known this would be a bad experience from the way we were, better yet weren't, greeted when placing our order. Customer service from both the cashier and waitress gives the vibe that I'm here because my parents made me get a job, I'm not here to work and I'm not happy about being here. I was hoodwinked and bamboozled by Willie's when I received a dry, under seasoned, over cooked skirt steak after I ordered a sirloin! I also ordered a small fish and shrimp basket. When this came out it was literally the smallest filet they had CUT IN HALF! We spent $55 bucks on an underwhelming tart watermelon margarita on the rocks that made my stomach hurt, onion bites & fried pickles that were decent, a falsely advertised sirloin steak that turned out to be a flat as a pancake, dry as a bone skirt steak and one fish filet cut in two! I want my money back because this place wasn't worth the gas we burned to get there. I will tell all my coworkers, family and church members about my awful experience and we nor they will ever return. WILLIE ought to be ashamed of himself for serving this garbage. Texas sized portions? Puh-lease! More like Rhode Island or a kid sized plate. This place is trash. đ You get 2 thumbs down! Waiting for the manager Christina to call me back because even after we left a tip, without our knowledge or approval the waitress doubled it! That is stealing!...
