WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!!!. AT ZAXBY'S...VERY RUDE MANAGER BY The NAME Of JOEY..VERY RUDE STAFF...Around 7:30 pm tonight I arrived at the Zaxbys location in Spring and Interstate 45 -77373..My daughter and I placed our order by debit card and we were #7. We ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals w/fries and we were dining in..Another customer came in and ordered shortly afterwards making them #8. But some reason #8 customer was served before us, which then prompted me to inquire about about my order because we were first..The cashier was very rude and stated well when I showed her my receipt..she said thats just a debit card receipt.. what did you order..I told her it does not matte we were first and it the number is clearly at the bottom of the receipt and they should have the receipt at the back..She then stated that the cook was working on it..Another order came out and then went to the drive thru..Then we finally received our order which was incorrect.. We received 1 meal that was correct and 1 chicken fillet with no bun,no fixings ect..and it was also placed in a bag when I specifically stated that we were dining in..At this point I just wanted my money back..I explained the situation to one of the cashiers working in the drive thru and asked to be refunded.. A manager by the name of Joey came and started the transaction process, he did not apologize or ask how I would like for the transaction to be refunded back..I used my debit card..he gave me cash back..and my receipt was not given back to me as well..I am very disappointed and highly upset about how I was treated at..The service was terrible, the manager lacks customer service all the way around and it reflects highly on the staff and the how the store is ran..I have visited this location 3 times and this was the 4th..and I will not be back again..WORST SERVICE EVER!! WILL NEVER...

First time trying Zaxbys. I tried the finger combo. The batter on the chicken had a way over salted taste, almost identical to Frenchy's. Was actually pretty disappointing. The fries were good, seemed to be seasoned just right. I got extra toast instead of coleslaw, and the toast was good buttery texas toast. They have a Coca Cola freestyle machine which means a great drink selection. I asked for extra ranch but that wasn't correctly filled in my to-go order. I had to ask for it a total of 3 times. One of the ranch packets had holes in it and the ranch was exposed, that shouldn't make it to the customer that should be thrown away, which means the staff is not observant enough. That type of mistake is usually a warning that there's other things they let slip by that can pose potential food safety health risks to customers. The woman at the drive thru window was not friendly, seemed rather annoyed to be there. It seemed to make her shudder when I pointed out the busted ranch they served me, like it was my fault they don't pay attention to their surroundings. I didn't find her personality to be be good for dealing with customers. She wasn't awful, just seemed like she'd rather be doing something else besides helping customers. Overall, the visit was not impressive and next time I'm wanting chicken, I'll probably be going some place else unless someone begs me, twists my arm, and drags...

I usually never have problems besides the wings being a little dry & having to ask for extra sauce for them (that they charge for even though the wings are dry) but today they really irked my nerves . First of all when we walked up the counter the cashier was playing around behind the counter so much that he had to collect himself before we could order . Then we waited for what seemed to be a lifetime for our food (mind you we eat here all the time & it never takes long & they weren't busy at all) then they called our number for our food . We asked for it be for here & instead we got it in boxes , so we had to unbox everything after we sat down & put it on plates so we could eat. After unboxing our food i see that MY DAMN WINGS ARE DRY !!!!! So I have to go PAY for another sauce for my dry wings . When I asked for the sauce & paid for it, I had to wait for him to dispute with the cook why our food was Togo when it was supposed to be dine in then I finally get my sauce , THENNNN we realize that the 6pc chicken tender plate that we ordered only had 4 tenders so I politely told the cashier & gave him my receipt he basically had to argue with the cook to correct our order . I'm just annoyed & frustrated with how our visit went ! But overall it's a great place to eat...
