Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in The Woodlands

Update: This location was great but has since gone downhill. I can no longer eat here because they will put ingredients on a tortilla and then remove it and put it back in the bin for the next customer to have cross contamination. This location used to be safe for individuals with celiac and gluten sensitivities, but because they use their hands to grab the shredded cheese they put ingredients back in beans and then reuse them.

Quick and accurate orders. The food is delicious and served at correct temperature. The crisp corn tacos are extra crunchy. This place is also celiac safe. The staff knows exactly what to do to keep the food safe to eat. The Tractor Beverages are a hit with my entire family! A must try is mixing the mandarin and mixed berry. Tastes like a fruit punch with a spice flavor. The customer service is also top notch! Polite, answers your questions about their food, knowledgeable, and you will leave with a smile! It's Chipotle. Can't go horribly wrong here... But my suggestions are 1) skip pork. At one time this was great but it has been years since it was. I do try again every few months. I never think it is as fresh/warm as other meats and I've noticed they don't give a similar size portion as the other meats. My assumption is they only make one or maybe two batches a day and try to stretch it out a little. 2) If guac is brown, then say something and get roasted veggies or more veggies instead. I regret getting the guac before when it didn't look fresh. I did say something. By workers reaction it seemed it had been discussed among staff. Sometimes just top layer is old and they will skim a little off 3) Chips sometimes are stale. Lately they haven't been, so maybe they adjusted frequency. If it will bother you, then ask when they were made. Unfortunately, do to Covid-19 it isn't as if you will taste while there and be able to get another bag if unlucky. So,...

If you don’t want to have stomach pain and be poisoned do not eat here !!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I went to this place on august 9th and there were new worker who did not know a lot of things, even did not know how to wrap burrito ,so train your workers before letting them work!!!!!! Besides it I got food poisoned ( probably they also put new workers to make food or some food was not fresh) . Tables were not clean and messy, restroom wasn’t neat . I will never ever eat in this place and will tell all my friends to avoid it .
