Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in The Woodlands

I hate that im made to choose a star. It helps the trashy restaurant. Today i went to this location. I normally go to one by my house, Mistake of all mistakes . The girl that came to my car, Kayleigh , was one of the rudest most disrespectful kids I’ve ever encountered. You see, I was trying to tell her I needed to use two forms of payment and she immediately began talking over me . I was not allowed to complete my sentences. She demanded I give my order back to her immediately !If she had let me speak , I was 56 cents short on my card. I asked her to wait while I put more money on my card, but she would not shut her little smart mouth for one second. Then the owner/ manager came out . His first words were “ how much cash do you have “ when I said 8 , he demanded I “ not ever do this again “ I’m the owner and get off my property!” Then he said “ he was calling the police “ well honestly this was after I used a few expletives and said some things I deeply regret. They should not treat customers in this manner . I did not appreciate being spoken to this way. I had the money but was treated like I was trying to pull a heist .It felt like I was at a bar fight. Truly , trashy behavior . In my defense , I was overwhelmed at the point I lost my temper. Kayleigh, I’m quite sure did not tell this manager / owner what exactly I said , because she never shut her disrespectful mouth. I will never buy a thing at this location ever .btw I drive away with my chicken sandwiches and they sucked and threw them directly into the trash . North of Houston Texas on interstate 45 and highway 242 college Park drive. A little hard to see from the main road because of the trees. Large clean parking lot. Modern-looking store. They sent me a coupon on my app and I ordered and paid through the app. It worked just fine and I appreciate saving a few bucks. The food came out fast and was hot and tasted good. It was my first time at this location and I will come back again. One thing is that the prices are not listed on the app before you click on the food item. I would like to see the price before I order. You do see them when you go to the payment section. I highly recommend this location for anyone. And get the app because of the coupon discounts. Horrible customer service. They brought my food out and before handing to me they repeated my order . I told him the drink was incorrect and he apologized and went back in to fix it . I began to drive off and noticed it was still incorrrect and came back around when I said it was incorrect he told me my card declined and that I had order this. How did you give me my order and let me drive off without telling me my card declined the first time ????? Once I get to my job I try my drink and guess what it’s still messed up. So I call at this point I’m furious the lady puts me on hold and get back on the line without having my information tells me it’s been refunded and the call drops .I was thinking that it was a mistake so I tried to call again just for them to pick up the phone and hang up .
