Penny's Place — Restaurant in Thornton Township

Extremely rude lady here refuses to let people in saying it's a full house yet I caught her lying twice! Don't believe her she just says that to only let her familiars in for tip purposes. She makes me stand out in the cold checking my I.D for over a minute looking for a reason to deny me, meanwhile opened the door up for a woman who came a minute after me not even checking hers. That lady ended up getting the only machine open very unfair. The 2nd time she said it I came in anyways because I had a card to be stamped. She then insists all the machines are taken yet clearly 2 machines were empty. She basically said she was holding the one machine for her friend whom would show up in 30mins, then rolled her eyes and said I could play the other one. The ATM has been down at this place for 4 days but yet continue to open and let people play but they have no money in the place to cash in even little tickets, I've been holding onto my ticket for 4 days, another lady has 4 tickets for over $200 has been waiting also, why don't they close until its fixed or just replace the ATM? I catch the bus there so how will I get my ticket cashed, I'm not standing in the cold to go there and the ATM is still not working, its ridiculous! This is the 4th time I've came to this location & the employees are rude . I just left there because the lady didn't greet me, she only checked my ID & didn't even offer me nothing to drink. After a few mins of playing I asked were the drinks free? She nodded her head instead of a simple YES. I asked if I could get a lemonade. She nodded again. She sat there for 23 seconds before making me the drink I requested. Instead of me being rude back I said Thank you and she didn't reply at all. I just walked out.
