This was my go to location, and was an almost every weekend deal. After last weekend and this weekend, I will not be returning. Last weekend we were overcharged for our order (employee charged for items that were more expensive than what we ordered and added extras to a smoothie where it was not requested). This was brought to the employees attention once I realized on the receipt and we were told by the employee they would get with the general manager to rectify the situation by refunding. That never happened. Went back this weekend hoping it was a one time issue/mistake, only to be stuck in the drive through for over 20 minutes. By the time we got our smoothies they were half melted, and mine tasted like it was full of ginger, no additive that I asked/paid for (yes its noticeable) and it tasted like it was all veggies with very little or no fruit. This smoothie is the one I order every time I go. It was sooo gross that I tossed the whole thing in the trash. I was finally happy to find a place that felt like the food was good, the smoothies were good, and it was a place that didn't bother our systems like so many other fast food places do. So disappointed that this place has gone down hill like it has and the service and items have gone down in quality. Guess I will be finding another place...

We have ordered from the app for delivery, and twice now they have completing forgot half the order, this is all within week of each other. We call and told nothing they can do its not their fault. There is never a supervisor there and we are at the mercy hoping they call us back to issue a refund. You can sure take money quick, but can't give a refund? Not only that two of our guests don't have their food, Again! I understand it is also the delivery peron’s fault. However, it's your restaurant, and the fact we can’t get zero help and told we have to wait for a manager until later this week when a manager is in- Never seems to be a manager available and never anyone who can help!!Also, told not our fault we don't communicate with the delivery person- it’s not their job. Read moreI’ve gotten smoothies delivered twice now and they were great both times. But after reading the review about employees laughing at a disabled person, not sure I’ll order again. I’m disabled (but it’s an invisible one) and i move at my own speed and get ogled more than I’d like and people sometimes assume I’m “weird” because of it, and this area has the snootiest snobbiest young females I’ve ever encountered (I’m sure the guys aren’t much better, if at all),. plus young people especially love to make fun of others as a way of “bonding” since they have zero conversation skills these days. Ugh. Can’t really blame the company so much, it’s the locale. To think that you work in a smoothie shop and look down on anyone smh go cancel yourself instead of others that you really know nothing about.
