Starbucks — Restaurant in Tigard

I normally love this Starbucks but today was extremely disappointing. Paying almost $6 for a drink, I hope it tastes good, not watered down! The staff was extremely nice about making me a new drink but then I get the new drink and there's no syrup on top and I'm just like forget it it's fine and I just left. The barista must be new and the cashier was clearly new because she messed up my change and loading my Starbucks card. Mistakes do happen so I will return but I was very disappointed today because it's hot, I need my coffee, and I always look forward to Starbucks as a nice lil treat for myself during a long hard day of work

Bought an iced coffee with cream that came out looking white as paper. It was clearly brewed wrong and was extremely diluted and watery. I kindly brought it to the managers attention and she wasn’t interested in acknowledging that the brewed iced coffee was diluted and weak and just asked if I want another one. She brought me one from the same weak batch and just poured a little less cream in it. I’ve worked for Starbucks for 4 years and have drank hundreds of brewed iced coffees. I’ve never seen one this weak and I’ve never encountered someone as inexperienced as this manager. It takes a pea brain to realize when an iced coffee is essentially water. Saw this new location and was excited to try it out. I ordered an ice coffee with lots of creamer, light ice, and no classic. They tried twice, but couldn’t make it correctly. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich. I got wrong sandwich, and it was ice cold. They wouldn’t refund me my money, but they did give me two $4 vouchers. Find it hilarious that a multi-billion dollar corporation can’t refund $8. Manager/lead was nice, but they can’t pay attention to basic directions. The first girl i spoke to was too confused to understand I wanted extra cream, not an entire cup of cream (there was tiny amount of coffee at bottom of cup). It must still be a new store.
