Worst service ever! I will never be going back to this location ever again and will be telling all of my friends the same as well. I called in my order at 7:50pm, I asked for a half hawaiian and half pepperoni on a large original crust, the girl on the phone said it would be 20-25 minutes. At 8:35pm, we showed up at the drive thru to pick up at my order. After charging my card the pizza, the girl at the window (lauren) told us that they sold my pizza to someone else because they were close to closing. So not even an hour after my phone call and they had already disregarded me as a customer. She said they would make us a new one which was perfectly acceptable. Unfortunately, they decided to make just a hawaiian and when we pointed it out to her, her only response was "can I just give it to you as a side?" So wait, you messed up and sold my original order, then mess up the replacement and can't even be bothered to fix it? We told her to forget about it and that this was the worst customer service we have...

I ordered a pizza for my wife to pick up today a quarter past six, speaking with a male individual and making sure I could order the advertised $7 large pepperoni pizza, which he confirmed. My wife left at half past six to pick up our order, only to find the attendant on her cell phone out back as she drove to the p/u window and had to wait till the end of the conversation. The bill was $11 not the forementioned $7 as shown in the mailed flyer, my wife showed the girl at the window the ad, who replied that it didn't start until July but this (or an expiration) was nowhere printed on the ad. She finally offered $2 off the $11, my wife pointed out that the print was not on the ad, only then did the girl fix the charge to the correct $7, but not without stating that this has happened many times before due to the ad. The management really needs to take charge, and hold their employees accountable for actions described, because the pizza was...

Today (4/16/23) my family ordered an all-meat stuffed pizza with a sauce substitute (changed to creamy garlic) and pineapple instead of ground beef.

At first glance, the pizza looked great, but once cooked, it was apparent the quality was off. The meat, particularly the Canadian bacon, had an off-putting harsh smokey flavor/smell, almost like it was burned. Next, there seemed to be no presence of sauce. Furthermore, the "stuffed" part was deceptive as there was literally only a single layer of meat (as pictured).

Overall, the pizza was mostly bread with sparse meat (other than the added pineapple, which was plentiful) and almost no sauce, making it pretty much inedible. It's disappointing that my family's dinner was ruined due to the subpar quality and lack of attention to detail.

It's too bad because Papa Murphy's had been quite dependable for us...
