Wow, after reading several other reviews, I see I'm not the only one who has problems at this store.
This location gets my drink wrong about 50-75% of the time, which stinks because it's the closest drive-thru and more convenient than parking in that poorly designed parking lot. It was a small lot to place a drive-thru on, but I'm not sure why they didn't have the line wrap around the building instead of crossing over itself and overflowing onto the street (which blocks neighborhood traffic pretty consistently).
I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt and keep going back, but more times than not, I end up driving to a second location (if I have time) to have a remake drink. Most of the time, it's super bitter (not sure how that's possible with a flavored mocha...) or they give me a latte instead of a mocha, or they make it piping hot even when I ask for tepid (or warm, because most of the employees don't understand the term "tepid". This is apparent by their blank stare or by them asking tempid?) or they put whipped cream on top even though it's clearly labeled "no whip". Recently, they've also been not filling the cup all the way. If I'm paying for a grande, I do not want a tall drink in a grande sized cup.
There are always new people working this location. I initially thought it was a training location, but when I asked, they said it wasn't. So either employees keep quitting or getting fired from this location.
When I go in to a second location for a remake drink, the barista always apologizes and asks what they did wrong. I tell them I didn't get the drink from them, but from the Shady Lane location and they always nod knowingly or give me a look. Even the other stores knows this...

The staff here goes above and beyond—they're incredibly kind and thoughtful, both in taking our orders and welcoming us each time we visit, whether through the drive-thru or walking in.
While the food and coffee/drinks are consistently great, it's the staff that truly sets this place apart. Over the past two years, we've made it a habit to visit this Starbucks primarily because of the exceptional service we receive. They know us by name, even our dogs, and often remember our orders. It's rare to find a coffee house where the staff remembers you about 95% of the time. Moreover, they're remarkably efficient and quick in fulfilling our orders.
I once attempted to work on some projects here with my computer, but the atmosphere tends to be lively. If you're seeking a quieter workspace, you might want to consider other options. Nevertheless, there's ample seating both indoors and outdoors, and parking is typically...

I asked them for half of the heavy cream and light ice.....they never seem to get my order right it's very simple I wouldn't be complaining if this wasn't the first time but this is multiple times this has happened early in the morning.....
