Subway — Restaurant in Tigard

We went today (0-/06/25) around 1pm to order two footlongs for lunch inside the store . The lady who’s name is Chantel was so rude. I had coupon which did not work and that was ok. The girl who made my order was sweet to try couple times. The lady Chantel came and started yelling at us for no reason and started to say we don’t have whole day to try your. Coupon, get out of here and never come back here. She said, she will call the cops if we don’t go out. We did or said nothing wrong. We left without any good. I am a professional worker in medical field and treat my patients very well and provide then a great service. We were shocked by her behavior. We will never go back to this location or subway for our food. So sad to see that she claimed herself to be a manager of this place and the kind of service she provide. I hope higher management talk to her and this doesn’t happen to anyone.. If I could I would give 0 star to this restaurant after seeing how rude this employee is who gets paid for to be rude to...

I am a delivery driver. I always arrive promptly based off the time my platform informs me to pick up by. I arrived and went to the rack. The order wasn't ready yet so I was standing by. A woman with brown hair asked me if I needed help. I said, "I'm just waiting on an order for Nicole." She immediately started yelling at me how the order wasn't ready and I have to wait cause it's not due for 10 more min. I said, "oh, it says it's due for 10:45." Which was 3 min from when I showed up. She then started yelling about not shoving my phone in her face when I was standing behind the rack and a plastic barrier. I told her she was being inappropriate and I wanted to talk to the manager. She continued yelling at me that she was the manager. Customer service is dead if this is how managers treat ANYONE! I got my sandwich, which I ordered at 4:30pm it said it would be ready at 5:15pm, which I’m fine with but got my sandwich at 5:35 pm. The guy making them set my order as ready even though I got there at 5 pm and it wasn’t ready. He decided to help 4 other customers and was late with my order. I work in customer service so I know and get that it takes long to help customers but placing my order as ready and still taking 20 more minutes to make my sandwich. On top of that he didn’t toast it. The guy was nice but order took way too long. I’m paying and I don’t usually complain because I love to give positive reviews. Definitely...
