I would have rated a 0 if I was given the option!
3/21/19 at approximately 8:30 am I approached the counter to order a sandwich. The only employee working just walked off to the back of the store not even acknowledging me.
I waited patiently for a few minutes thinking she would return. But she NEVER did. I then leaned over the counter and said "hello, is anyone there?" Calling towards the back of the store. She never came out.
I have never experienced such complete lack of professionalism.
Furthermore. I am pregnant and have Gestational diabetes. Keeping my blood sugars level is very important. This lady's ignorance and complete lack of care for her job could put my unborn child and I in the hospital. Just because she doesn't want to make a sandwich! I would think this wouldn't be good publicity for Subway should the media get wind of this.
I am truly shocked management isn't doing thier job either because after reading reviews for the exact location this has been a constant problem for the last year! I will also be filing a report to corporate as I noticed a camera...

Put in an online order and showed up 20-30 minutes later to pick it up (as it even said on the app "Ready") only to watch the employee make all the people in line (including ones that had just walked up) their sandwiches before getting to mine. I had to wait in the line to just tell him I had an online order. When I told him I did, he said "oh" and then finally starts making it. He then proceeds to make one of the orders wrong and give me a 6 inch instead of a footlong like the order said, in which I had to correct him. No apologies, no "sorry for the wait", no "sorry for the mistake"...nothing. Read moreThis has been the worst subway I'd ever been to. This subway has an employee named Kathrine that was so rude and ridiculous it was 10-15mins before closing. My significant other wanted 1 sandwich and she had everything shut down at 10:30pm on June 5,2016 and then she had the nerve to tell a fellow employee that if he thought she was going to make him a sandwich before closing he's effing (f word) crazy.
