I have lived here for 30 years. And ever since i can remember this place has had rude, direspectful, and inconsiderate employees every single time. Tonight i decided to order takeout, and 9 calls later still had no answer. Living right down the road, i drove up there and called in the parking lot to see what employees were doing. What they were doing was ignoring the phone by picking it up and hanging up. So i proceeded to walk in. Without being direspectful, I ordered some chicken tenders, fries, milkshake, and a single omelette. As i was ordering, the rude and disrepectful employess were short and didnt make much eye contact. Being there were only up to three tables occupied, the service was absolutely horrible. My milkshake was pretty much water. My omelette could have fed only but a 5 year old child. Also, the chicken tenders were not fully cooked. Being that this is over and over again through out the MANY times i have been here throughout my life, i am absolutely done with giving this place a chance. I will never step foot in this ihop, and will encourage every other person that ihop is NOT the place to go. Hiring process should be changed with requirements to ensure decent people are in this work enviroment. Not people who will argue with you because they are having a bad day at work! Not only that, it makes me think how much the cooks actually care about our food!!!!

Read moreService and food were fine for our breakfast, but the noise coming from the dishwasher person was like no racket my wife and I have ever experienced. There's a wide walk-through area between the dishwashing area and the eating area. He (the dishwasher) apparently likes slamming and crashing dishes as he takes them out of the dishwasher and also while restocking the shelves near where the cooks are, and obviously has no concept of how loud his noise is to the customers. Why on Earth does a manager not talk to him and ask him to cool it down a bit with the crashing of the dishes? We were getting ready to ask for a table in the back room when the noise finally stopped for a while, then started again for a few minutes, then finally ended for the rest of our meal. Sheesh... seriously. Reminds me of the few times in other restaurants when the bus-boys created the same unbelievable racket right next to our table while cleaning off tables and slamming dirty dishes into tubs. It just amazes me how some workers and managers can have such a lack of thinking about the basic customer experience. I've been a bus-boy and dishwasher in my younger years, so I'm not asking for anything I didn't think about and do myself...
Read moreAmerica's breakfast restaurant but it is more than that. If you've eaten in an IHOP before, you should expect the same food quality at every location. This location is no exception. Service is excellent but patient. If you need to sit right away when you walk in the door, there are little booths up front to wait to be seated. Always a friendly staff we've never had a bad experience. Sure. We've had to wait a few times because the place gets busy but the staff is out there hustling and bustling doing their thing and they communicate with you letting you know they realize you're there waiting as well and we'll also tell you if it's going to be a little bit. So you decide to stay or go. The choice is yours. Food is always well prepared, but if you were to have a problem I'm sure they'd fix it for you. I've even asked for extra items once in a while after the meal got to the table. They were happy to get that. Sometimes late at night. I'll have breakfast or I'll have lunch or dinner. The choices are there to your liking. Food usually comes out prepared fast and fresh. If you haven't tried an IHOP before, give this one a try on your pass through...
