Had to make an unplanned stay and this was the first hotel I noticed off of the closest exit where I had to get off from I-95. Little did I know, there was another hotel further back in the same parking lot otherwise I would’ve stayed there. There is an IHOP next door which was convenient but I personally didn’t visit. Upon entering the lobby, it appeared ok. Clean, small and they had availability. The card was not activated after I made the payment so I had to go back to the lobby and the staff member wasn’t exactly friendly or seem to care about the mistake and how inconvenient it was having an infant and other child with me. The room was horrible. Flying bugs everywhere, the mattress felt like it was a board, the tv was set to a wide screen so the image quality was awful, the room had a weird odor , the sheets were damp and smelled like bleach was poured over them and I couldn’t sleep because I didn’t feel like it was a safe environment. A few random men hanging out around the hotel premises made me feel like there was illegal activity happening and the guests that I did see as I was unpacking car gave off some weird vibes…my car had bugs in it the next day because the lighting at night attracted them. I woke up with 6 bug bites and it was just awful. Skip this place and go to the hotel further back. The parking lot was fairly empty probably because it’s not obvious it’s there. Don’t waste the money..keep on driving.

I'm really confused as to why this motel was so highly rated. The area is kind of sketchy with random people milling about. Beautiful lobby, unfortunately we had to use the "night check in window" in a strange little alley that was dangerously slick from random pools of water on the ground. The clerk was very nice and quite helpful, though. People clearly live here as there are grills and other personal property outside. You can hear traffic but it's not extremely loud. The room: spacious room with decent decor. It did smell musty. Nice laminate floor and clean bedding. No bugs or anything like that. So far, so good ... ... Until the bathroom. Good god. The tub is dirty and peeling horribly. The shower surround looks like it was caulked by a 5 year old. The toilet seats are DISGUSTING. I've seen gas station toilets cleaner than these. The rest of the room is The Ritz Carlton compared to these crackhouse bathrooms. The service: Mixed bag. Night clerk was very pleasant, the houseman was friendly, but I don't know breakfast lady is hearing impaired because my companion and I both said good morning and she completely ignored us. Breakfast was on the lean side. Waffles, bafels, bread, coffee, juice. 2 points for cleanliness and good price. It'll do for one night. We switched motels for the second night. If they fixed the bathrooms it would be a pretty decent place.

On vacation we drove 5 hours to watch a rocket launch and needed a place to stay for 1 night. The Days Inn seemed nice with a bright and clean lobby and a nice pool outside. We went to our room to use the bathroom before heading to the launch and my son said he tried stepping on a bug and it wouldn't die. Ok this is Florida so they have different bugs etc here so I told him leave it and let's go to the launch. Then I went to use the bathroom and realized these weren't just bugs they were roaches. I used Google photo to confirm. How disgusting! The young man at the front desk went to the room to look and said we would not be charged. He was very nice, I understand it's not his fault. Just want others to be aware! Yes roaches can be anywhere but I have never seen them at a Holiday Inn so we left and headed to a beautiful, clean and ROACH free room at Holiday Inn Orlando.

I am really upset right now. I booked rooms with Days inn in Titusville for over a month and had no problems unless I had a complaint. The first stay of a complaint was memorial week. I was in one room awoke in the middle of the night without AC. My family and I was very discomforted and felt as short of breath. So i was moved to another room, with a chose of a late check out or 50.00 stay. Then my family and I was invaded in next room with a large amount of crickets. Afraid we tried to get them out, but they kept returning because of lack of security at the bottom of the door. So again I was moved to another room. I was ok with the next room and stayed there extensively. With problems of housekeeping treating me as an extended client. Failed to give me housekeeping days at a time, EXPECIALLY with a back up lie. My last day there i went out for that day and out of courtesy i took my dog and always do when i leave for a period of time because there will be nobody there to let my pet out to use the restroom. Out of courtesy everyday i gathered up all the trash the day before and placed it outside for pickup or i sat it next to the property garbage can. Out of courtesy i gathered together the unclean linen and towels abd sat them by the door for housekeeping the next day. Out of courtesy i purchased my own broom to sweep up the room when needed. To be rejected on June 25, 2018, because I complained my last stay for no housekeeping that day. Housekeeping made every excuse possible for there neglect. I am so hurt and feel so outdone. Father in heaven help the UNGODLY. Be a just God in this situation in JESUS NAME . ............. This is added towards your response. I just don't understand how I checked out was gone 1 day. Checked right back into the same room for 1 day before I left and there was no problem for me to be checked right back into the same room for 1 day. And once I complain there is a problem. Again I feel one of your workers did something against me. And also lied. Everything is not adding up. But God knows...

I travel allot and have stayed in nearly every different kind of hotel. No, this isn't the Hyatt, Hilton or Marriot. But if you don't mind the basic and essential necessities, this place is for the frequent traveler who doesn't care about a 5 star rating. Yes, the air conditioner is loud by comparison to other more quieter units. But I like kind of loud AC units. I've never stayed in a hotel that was perfectly sound proof, even when I payed $179 per night. But the ambient noise is ok with me, because it drowns out the outside noise. Hotels in Florida don't seem to be built very well, and everyone complains about the paper thin walls and windows. So loud AC suits me find. The beds are soft but firm, the covers and sheets are clean, without bed bugs. The chairs, pillows, carpet, bathroom, table and everything was clean without stains or smells. We had 3 tiny ants walking around on the bathroom sink, but who cares. Really? Florida is insect paradise. At least this place didn't have roaches. One wall socket didn't' work, probably a tripped circuit breaker. The toilet flushes kind of violent like the water was in a rush to go somewhere. It kind of squirts out the toilet. Lol. But not on the butt when sitting down. Strange. We had some people talking loud next door, but when I poked my head out the door, they volunteered to talk a little quiet. Then went away. They were very respectful. The hotel staff Gloria was very nice, calm and patient. Our first room smelled like smoke because someone decided to violate the hotel policy. But she quickly moved us to a room that smelled like the Hilton. This room had no smell at all. I was surprised. But she was very extremely considerate. Hotel rooms are hit or miss anywhere. But I would recommend this place to anyone. Oh. We found this little gem because every other hotel was over $150 per night because of bike week, and we were just in town visiting. This was less than $70. Perfect little place for a 3 night stay. We stayed inside where the pool is, second floor adjacent...

If I could give negative stars, I would. This was a terrible hotel. From the moment we got into our room until we left the next morning - terrible. When we opened the door and got inside, the room had a "smell" to it. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, I just assumed, old hotel and it was stinky. I didn't complain because we were literally going out for dinner and then to sleep, checking out the next morning for a cruise, so we weren't going to be in there much. However, when we woke up the following morning and got out of bed, we stepped into water. The entire room was covered in water - to the point you could ring water out of your sock. We checked the toilet, sink, shower - nothing running or dripping. When we went to check out, we informed the front desk of the issue (not wanting to be accused of causing damage) and they said it was due to condensation. Really? 100 rooms here and mine was the only one that had a condensation issue? We were traveling with 4 other families and no one else had an issue. The afternoon we checked out, I started coughing..for the next week and a half, I was coughing, headache, chest congested - what a way to start my cruise - sick and clearly from the nasty (probably mold infested) room. Again - no one else in our party had issues with their room and no one else got sick. The fact that the front desk blamed it on condensation is a joke! In addition to this - there were people clearly smoking weed - in the rooms - because no one was standing outside doing it. The people in the room below us were cooking outside on a small propane grill - not sure how safe this was. The whole experience was terrible. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Spend the extra $10-$15 per night and go...
