Waffle House — Restaurant in Titusville

Usually I have an amazing experience with Lynn, Alyssa, and few others. However the serve "Zee" was awful, not even sure if that was her real name first off, but when I placed my order she said they were out of gravey (which is the reason why I frequent waffle house), and that they would have to make more. I replied that's fine. Then she said it could take up to 10mins. Again I replied "I dont mind". She then appeared to get distracted by something and said well it could take 30mins. I then said again "I don't mind. If it's going to take 30mins I can wait for my order and take it to go". She then gave what came off as an almost saracstic "okay". A few minutes later she brought my order out plated for dinning in without the gravey on top. When I mentioned I wanted mine togo she apologized and got a togo container meanwhile the gravey wasn't even started. I set the plate of to the side, when she came back I again mentioned it was suppose to be to go. By the end of the visit I had a plate of cold hashbrown, and a hot bowl of gravey almost 45mins later. Which was exactly why I asked to wait and just make togo so everything was fresh and hot on...

I missed getting the worse picture of all, I ordered grits, bacon and hash browns when I ate my second spoonful of there very thick grits, I immediately bit down on something extremely hard that cut my gum and possibly chipped my tooth, I grabbed a napkin and spit out blood with my grits and 3 pieces of white broken glass from either a broken coffee cup or plate, my husband called for the waitress who took my napkin asking me if I wanted something else I said no, her boss made a incident report after putting on gloves and inspecting the glass then having the cook pour out the pot of grits in the trash, told us our meal was paid for, an took my name and number, I was so focused on my now hurt mouth that I then noticed right in front of me a dead bug on the ketchup bottle and crawling bugs beside me on the wall Now the next morning I’m on board a 10 day cruise, with a hurt gum and toothache and want be back in my hometown of NC until 12/2 before I can see my dentist What a great vacation having to eat food on the opposite side and in my mind wondering what’s in my food and did I swallow any...

After my breakfast came out for the third time, it was delicious. The hash browns came out extra well done, I had to ask them to redo them. The first time my eggs were delivered cold because they just sat there while the remaid the hash browns. When the new eggs came, the whites were so runny they were sent back. when I asked to speak to the mgr. He was the cook,he told me I ordered the eggs incorrectly. I ordered them over easy, and he said that ment runny whites. I've ordered eggs that way for 65 years. By the time the eggs and hash browns were perfect, the toast had been sitting for 20 min. I just ate them. I ordered the easiest breakfast.2eggs hashbrowns toast, that's it. It took 20 min and 3 times to get it right. As embarrassed as I was to keep sending food back, you would think the mgr. would be more embarrassed. I don't think he was. I wasn't trying to get a free $4.20 breakfast, but it's a good thing because I didn't. Not even an apology. I paid my check, tipped my waitress (it wasn't her fault and she looked embarrassed) .I am a waffle house fan, but I won't be back to...
