Balance Pan-Asian Grille — Restaurant in Toledo

I've been eating Balance for years, but never felt compelled to leave a review until today. First of all, let me say that the food, atmosphere and service are all top notch. I personally LOVE the build-a-bowl with Wiseman sauce, the Soho Tacos and of the Bubble Teas with the fruity bubbles. For starters I love the Creamy Wontons and Brussels Sprouts. Everything is so fresh and amazing!

We've known this for years, Balance is one of the best local spots and also contributes to local charities in the community. Awesome people and great food. But yesterday, they went above and beyond and I had to leave a review. I ordered through the app (love the app and the free rewards!), but I placed my order for pickup at the wrong location. I showed up with a group from work to pickup our orders and realized my mistake. My heart sank... was I going to have to drive to the other location in order to get my food? Would the group be waiting on me to place a new order here? Without missing a beat, the lady at the counter entered my order for the correct store and I had my food within, no joke, under 5 minutes! I didn't have to ask for help, she just made it happen. 10/10 experience, thanks for saving the day, Balance Lady! You're a rockstar and little moments like this are why I'm a Balance...

I would give them 100 stars if I could! So I placed delivery order tonight and when I got food I realized delivery driver had stolen half of what I ordered and I started crying😭😂 I called balance downtown and young women I spoke to explaining what happened confirmed they had put everything in bag and indeed driver had stolen my items and offered to remake everything that was taken 🥹🩷 even though time I got to them it was after they were closed they still let me in and made replacement food for me and it made my whole week. Thank you so much, best staff ever!!! ❤️ Edit: After I got back home though I did notice the tacos that I thought were fine (my remaining food from theif) they were not and were messed with so I'll call back later to see what else you guys could do for me but I appreciate everything you have done so far😭🩷 Edit again: Called back and staff was so fricking nice and made replacement tacos for me all again since my original ones were messed with by stealing driver I had😭🥹🩷 Best customer service ever and so nice! I've been a loyal customer of Balance for nearly 4 years now, but I had the best experience at this location! I came for lunch with my friends, one of their kids and a new puppy. Completely unrelated, but prior to walking in I had taken a tumble and scrapped up my knee pretty bad which one of the workers noticed. I was so surprised by how he made sure someone got a first aid kit without me even mentioning I had fallen! They ask you plenty of helpful questions when you're ordering so you know all of the options they offer! As we got all of our food, one of the workers came out who was on break, but still made sure our food was tasty and even made sure I was okay! I've never had a bad experience with Balance, but this location definitely went above and beyond with...
